  1. we wish to be able to set a maximum limit of rooms bookable by a client (absolute limit and limit by room categories) in order to avoid privatization of the establishment, for example.

  2. Option to choose automatic housekeeping services to be applied on all bookings that has a stay for more than x days, such as towel change every x days and bedlinen every x days during a stay. Also the option to manipulate, add or move these services to other days. A report on all these services should be possible to access so that the housekeeping team can organize and plan the work volume for the upcoming xx days.

  3. Double room supplement
    It is recommended that the double room supplement is shown separately from the single price on the invoice. This is particularly advantageous for business travellers who are travelling with a companion and require a separate invoice.

  4. Make company owned reservations possible.
    It will allow to manage corporate clients more effectively by associating company profiles with reservations.
    Provide a comprehensive view of all bookings associated with a corporate account. As well highly useful for hotels that offer coworking spaces, where companies own a office space.

  5. There should be a possibilty to round up rates as customors wish. As per example here in Switzerland the smallest coin is CHF 0.05. Some prices, e.g. set up with a percentage off the base rate, are shown as CHF 181.07

  6. Guests occasionally have a reservation under one booking, followed by another reservation under a different booking number (e.g if they've decided to add another night or have been staying for work and adding another day as a personal expense). Under the current system they need to check out and get their cards recut which isn't a great customer experience, we need to manually allocate the same room for both stays, inform Housekeeping not to clear the room and if they haven't paid in advance, we need to pay extra attention to their billing as it's split over multiple bookings.

  7. Guests often abort the Online CI at the credit card entry field, but complete the guest registration process. A completed guest registration should somehow be marked in MEWS as it saves time for the receptionist and creates a better guest experience.

    Possible solutions:
    Header text: must be checked in - Completed guest registration - Checked in Online
    Icon somewhere in the reservations of the arrival field
    When printing out guest registration cards, replace those of the guests that already completed the form with the actual completed PDF. (prefered solution)

  8. To add a column in multiple Reports (manly Accounting Report) with the Reservation number of the guest (Booking number). This could be used as a Primary Key to connect the different reports.

    This could help us merging reports like Accounting Report and Reservation Report that right now are used for multiple tasks and requires hours of manually work from Finance and Operations teams.

    The name of the guest can change before/after the check-in. So, name of the guest is not working good for merging reports.

    Hi, we are currently working on ability to link both payments and charges (including additional products) to the reservation, and that reservation number will be populated in the Accounting report. 

  9. sometimes you need to alert more than one department and/or people of the same task.
    would be handy if you had the opportunity to chose more than one department for the task, or be able to copy it, rather than having to type it all again.

  11. The revenues generated by financial reports are not including the POS revenue. Those can only be seen down under in "Selling points". Then we have to add or sunstract revenues to know exactly what was generated in total

  17. It would be great to have a list of all pro formas that have been sent, because now they cannot be found anymore once it is sent.

  18. It should be possible to remove a guest from a group.
    Cancelation and rebooking is not a logical process. The canceled booking stays forever in the group, doesn´t it?

  19. As customers come to check in for their reservations, sometimes your property may have vacant rooms of a higher category. Therefore, notifications for your front of house staff regarding available room categories for an additional price could be a great way to upsell and book your location to full occupancy.

  20. If there are certain rules such as a minimum stay of 5 nights. For a room, for example, two nights are free. It would be good if certain positions (management) could still make bookings and override these rule
