  1. An automated process for copying configurations between properties within the same enterprise. This is currently only possible during the onboarding process. It would be helpful and save time if this was available after properties go live.

  2. Show availability blocks in the calendar overview also if they are not booked yet. This is very important to have a correct overview about the rooms that are still available. Otherwise you have to check severel tabs before confirming that a room is really available and not already blocked in the background.

In a scenario where a multi property shares its customer addressbook across multiple hotels it is difficult to connect 3rd party tools that aim to access only a subset of customer (e.x. only of hotel A). The customer response should contain a field with a property id of where the specific customer was created

  5. When working with multiple properties, it would save lots of searching when within the shared guest profiles you could see in which property the guest has a reservation.

  6. Need: to enable the revenue management team to synchronise inventory with D-Edge so that they can test changes to pricing (particularly when integrate with an RMLS).

    You currently need administrator rights to access this functionality (= modify the D-Edge subscription in the marketplace).

  7. Reports and error messages sent from the generic Mews email address does not include the property impacted in the subject line making it difficult to streamline for multi-property users. Please add the name of the hotel into the subject line of the email.

  9. To be able to search in mews on a staffmembers profile and locate all their upsells during a period of time.

    Extract a product/item list of the number and amount of upgrades per employee during a specific time period.

  12. Hi,

    When I export the manager report, on the data sheet columns B & C have no titles, this is an issue when I am using power automate to inserts the rows from the manager report into a larger finance report for automation purposes because columns B & C have no titles they don't appear for me to insert that information which finance have told me they require.

    Surely all report columns should have titles & this is something you can quickly add.

  15. To be able to easily copy and transfer 1 reservation between 2 properties in the same chain. for example when making farmouts from one property to another.

  16. Allow properties to select what filters they want to have as default when opening reports.

  17. Add A feature to relocate guests when overbooked.
    When pressing the button a pop up box appears where relocated hotel and rate at the other property needs to be filled.
    In case of multiple nights a box to select if the guest will return to the property. If selected yes move the reservation to tomorrows date with a classification in the profile.
    If no cancel the reservation after the action.
    Be able to run a report next day

  18. For bigger properties (chains) there should be a way for Admins or Product Champions to be able to keep track of their open Support Cases. This will be useful for admins who are managing large portfolios and need to have visibility over open Support Cases.

  19. Properties that are looking for a PMS switch want to keep the historical reservation and move them to Mews. Currently this isn't possible.

  20. Properties in the US and Canada verify identification of each guest who have made a reservation. Mews doesn't support automatic verification of guests making contacless check-in natively in Mews not sufficient.

    There is no possibility of any information from ID to be scanned; or the identity of a guest verified upon arrival.
