  1. When we adjust a reservation from two to three people, the setting " keep old price" should only apply to the per night pirce OR there should be an option to only keep the "price per without products"

    this way we can enusre, the billing of the guest stays correct and we can eliminate errors

  2. Managing the Central Products has a lot of room for improvement.
    As we offer activities as well besides accommodation, we have hundreds of products overall. Currently, the Central Product view is not modifiable at all.
    The products are displayed in the order of creation, and as we are slowly moving our products to be under Central Products, the order is illogical.
    There are multiple ways that would make managing and finding specific products easier, and I will list all in hopes that even one would become reality.

  3. Add a filter to the pricing calendar that allows users to select a single property or multiple properties. This helps prevent potential errors when modifying or reviewing rates.

  4. When creating a product rule, it's important to allow it to be applied to different types of spaces. This not only saves a significant amount of time, but also helps avoid reaching the 100-product-rule limit, which can become very restrictive when managing a large number of properties.

  5. An automated process for copying configurations between properties within the same enterprise. This is currently only possible during the onboarding process. It would be helpful and save time if this was available after properties go live.

  6. Reports and error messages sent from the generic Mews email address does not include the property impacted in the subject line making it difficult to streamline for multi-property users. Please add the name of the hotel into the subject line of the email.

  8. Need: to enable the revenue management team to synchronise inventory with D-Edge so that they can test changes to pricing (particularly when integrate with an RMLS).

    You currently need administrator rights to access this functionality (= modify the D-Edge subscription in the marketplace).

  15. Hi,

    When I export the manager report, on the data sheet columns B & C have no titles, this is an issue when I am using power automate to inserts the rows from the manager report into a larger finance report for automation purposes because columns B & C have no titles they don't appear for me to insert that information which finance have told me they require.

    Surely all report columns should have titles & this is something you can quickly add.

  18. Add A feature to relocate guests when overbooked.
    When pressing the button a pop up box appears where relocated hotel and rate at the other property needs to be filled.
    In case of multiple nights a box to select if the guest will return to the property. If selected yes move the reservation to tomorrows date with a classification in the profile.
    If no cancel the reservation after the action.
    Be able to run a report next day

    Thank you for your suggestion, we've recently introduced multiple sources tracking which allows reporting on multiple channels for each reservation. 

    Mews does not yet track multiple commissions per booking, for which we have updated your request and set it as one to be upvoted by the Mews Community. Remember you can share a link to your request so that your colleagues can also upvote your suggestion.

  20. Create new possibilities for properties to rent their spaces for additional bookable times. Bookings by minute and hourly bookings.

    This will give properties more opportunities to increase their revenue.
