  1. When orders are placed in Mews, there are often notifications sent for confirmation. However, when orders are canceled, it is more difficult to keep track of this lost revenue. Therefore, when orders are canceled, introduction of a notification e-mail could help properties stay more informed as detail of each cancellation would be available for future statistics and analysis.

  2. Will be a good thing to have the possibility to download all daily invoices to one PDF to store them in digital format, to avoid using paper and saving time to do that one by one.

  4. The summary of guest balance on the check-out page is pretty nice and allows us to see with a quick glance if the guest has something left to pay when leaving.
    It would be much better if that summary only showed the balance for the current stay and not the future stays of the guest.
    Most of our regulars have dozens of stays booked in advance and the check-out summary shows the total for all of them which is completely irrelevant during check-out.

  5. If a reservation is made outside of the Availability Block for there to be a way to add it into the picked up reservations after the fact.

  9. It will be great to have the opportunity to see all the changes made on all the customer profil, more particulary if a classification has been modified or take off. We have the opportunity to see it on a specific custumer profil, but we need to see all in the action log from the dashbord.

  10. Sometimes a guest messages us on the MEWS platform, and then calls and we are able to answer their enquiry over the phone.
    I would then like to be able to mark their message as completed without the guest having to see. This way the next person on front desk will not come along and think that the enquiry still needs to be answered.

  11. add a validity period for product rule.

    for example : Valentine dinner or mandatory new year'event valid only 1 day per year
    can also be used to change price of a product

  12. When viewing over 2 weeks of occupancy and you scroll right, the name of the categories disappear. Keep it frozen so you never loose sight of what category you are looking at.

  14. Please add the possibilty to change the view for the report to a list variant with more filter posibilities: Company, Guest, Room, A-Z etc. just like the accounting report.

    The current form of card view is too ******* the eyes and thus not work enviroment friendly. Since it is for 4 lists in 1.

  15. we would really need and appreciate the possibility to be able to choose a date for an external payment. Right now, the date when you put it in mews is chosen, but we offen have bank transfers during the weekend that can only be put in mews on monday. It is very important for our accounting though to have the day of receiving the money in mews, not the day of recording in mews.

  16. When making optional bookings, this means we are holding a room/rooms but the booking is not confirmed.
    If this bookings is never confirmed, we should have an status called released instead of cancelled, as you are not really cancelling the booking, you are releasing the booking.

  17. My suggestion is to allow for extra capacity in space categories to be for children only. All my spaces are standard occupancy of two people with some spaces having extra capacity set at two. As a property want to be able to specify 2 adults + 2 children and not potentially attract booking for 4 adults.

  18. Can we please have an option to split a payment ?
    Like you can partially refund a payment. IE guest pays by card 110€ but wants 2 invoices. first invoice room only 100€ and second invoice extras 10€ . guest doesnt want 2 payments on his card. How can you split the payment amount of 110€ into 100€ and 10€ on 2 invoices ?
