  6. Currently the Reservations Report Arrival screen can be viewed. Many properties print this report to view any actionable items or notes. Currently, Mew has an export but the data has all the reservation information including address, credit card details, etc... that is not needed. Just need the ability to view/print on PDF basic guest arrival information especially notes that fit on a page.

    These reports are not just backup reports, but used every day by the front desk team and are printed/viewed upon demand.

  7. It should be possible to remove a guest from a group.
    Cancelation and rebooking is not a logical process. The canceled booking stays forever in the group, doesn´t it?

    Shouldn´t be to hard to develop. ;-)

  8. As customers come to check in for their reservations, sometimes your property may have vacant rooms of a higher category. Therefore, notifications for your front of house staff regarding available room categories for an additional price could be a great way to upsell and book your location to full occupancy.

  9. It would be great to have a list of all pro formas that have been sent, because now they cannot be found anymore once it is sent.
    For example, an extra selection under 'bills and invoices'.

  10. If there are certain rules such as a minimum stay of 5 nights. For a room, for example, two nights are free. It would be good if certain positions (management) could still make bookings and override these rule

Wenn eine neune Reservierung angelegt wird, inklusive der korrekten Firma / Firmierung , dann wäre es super wenn diese Firmierung / Firma sofort im Rechnungsbildschirm auf einer Rechnung auftaucht. Aktuell muss man immer die Firma manuell auf der Rechnung eintragen obwohl man diese bereits bei der Buchung hinterlegt hat. Es wäre schön, wenn das automatisch geschieht! Danke!


    If a new reservation is created, including the correct company / company name, then it would be great if this company name / company immediately appears in the invoice screen on an invoice. Currently you always have to enter the company manually on…

  12. Guest in house report: put the groups of guests together (per group) that belong together. with a blank line or separated from individual guests. The F&B knows they need tables for 4 of 10 people for dinner or breakfast!

"If a reservation needs to be canceled, this can easily be done within the reservation module, however, it is not clear which cancellation policy may apply to the reservation at the time of cancellation. For this reason, displaying cancellation policies within the reservation module could help create clarity as it will be clearly visible before and during reservation management."

  17. Companies can pay invoices by cash or external but not by Card. It would be helpful if this payment option was added.

  18. It will be great to have the opportunity to see all the changes made on all the customer profil, more particulary if a classification has been modified or take off. We have the opportunity to see it on a specific custumer profil, but we need to see all in the action log from the dashbord.

  19. In the date filters, latest date remains in the past after earliest date has been set in the future.

    To prevent additional manual work:
    MEWS should automatically change the calendar date to a date later than the check-in date selected. For example, check in date 1/1/2021, check out date should default to 2/1/2021 (and not remain to todays date).

  20. If a guest has booked a rate that is Full board for example(dinner inluded in the rate), the POS has to recognize this and when posting a dinner for example; Mews has to allocate it to the right cost center and hide it from guest bill (because it's included in the rate)
