Add a permission for overriding reservation rules
If there are certain rules such as a minimum stay of 5 nights. For a room, for example, two nights are free. It would be good if certain positions (management) could still make bookings and override these rule

End date on user profile
When making a user profile it would be nice to have an end of employment date or something similar that allows to account to freeze or pause when an employee is not working at the property anymore. This would be a safeguard for responsible user management. This combined with a reminder in advance for users who have user management configured that a user has to be deleted or his/her access has to be extended soon.

Read only access to reservations for certain positions
Access to reservations, but read only. This is useful for smaller properties where for example the security guard needs to check passports/ID to make sure the correct person is in front of them.
But then don't give them the access to make any changes to them.

Refund permission
Modify user permission (Charge Cards online) - It would be good to have our Reception team be able to take payments but not process refunds. This should be done by Management only.

Audit Logs: Reinforce and Increase Admin Access
IT and Property Admins are requesting a more robust platform for their permissions where they can manage login audits (for example) for the properties they are running so they can react more urgently and proactively when necessary without needing to involve the Support team as the first plan of action(especially in time-sensitive cases).

Turn off the "New device sign in" emails.
They do not work and causes about 20-30 tickets to our support each day.
Some users get these emails several times a day.

Split create and manage customer and company profiles permissions
To ensure some employees can not create or edit company details as we do this on management level only, due to credit checks prior to invoicing.

Restriction/permission for deleting products from a reservation or guest bill
Restrict some users from being able to delete products within the reservation or billing. Either an approval code from a manager could be entered to allow them to delete it, or the manager themselves who has the permission deletes the product themselves

Protect property financial information by restricting low level users payment or reservation reports
It would be nice to be able to put a limit on how far back users can make reports. For example; with the current payment report a low level user can see all payments and revenue years back. This doesn't make sense to me at all.

Please split the different available reports in the Permissions tab when assinging roles to employees.

Automation of Passport Field in Invoices
In Spain, where I reside, it is mandatory by law for an invoice to include a passport or ID to be valid. Currently, when a customer enters their passport information into the reservation system, it does not automatically populate on the invoice. This requires manual entry for each reservation, which is time-consuming and prone to errors with all the companies that at least work in Spain.
Suggested Solution:
It would be very helpful to have an automatic transfer of the passport information from the reservation system to the invoice field.

Employee restrictions on bookable services
An employee can only see one bookable service, but not the other. This is useful when there is a management company with lots of different clients/bookable services and everyone has only access to their own bookable service.

Allow full user profile edit for admins
Allow the full user edit screen for admins when editing another user like when your editing your own profile / account.
We add the users to mews and would include 2FA and profile picture so new users have a fully set up account. Right now these options are not available for admins (we have a specific hardware for 2FA and dont want employees to use their private mobile phones for 2FA for security reasons).
Also it would be great to have an option to specify what users can change by itself similar to the enforce 2FA. Good behaviour would be…

A user profile with view-only permissions, where the user can access all information related to reservations but cannot edit it.

Limit the possibility to merge customers.
Our organisation has a lot of problems with incorrectly merged customers, which can become a sensitive GDPR issue.
We would like the function to be locked behind a certain permission that can be assigned to users.

the news device authentication feature email informing a user of a new login is a nice addon, however a copy to the property admin even better; as the property admin can easily filter any particulars as to whom and when, as well as the location.
as the location is usally (close) to the actual physical address of a hotel, there are numerous questions when it is not 100%, and the champion can then tacle this issue first hand
