  1. Ich hätte gerne die Möglichkeit, einer Rate nur ein gewisses Kontingent zuzuordnen.

    Ich habe eine Frühbucher-Rate, möchte diese aber nur für eine begrenzte Anzahl an Zimmern buchbar machen.

    Wir arbeiten mit DIRS als Channelmanager, da konnte ich das als Regel einstellen (schließe diese Rate, wenn weniger als x Zimmer verfügbar sind).

    Sinnvoll wäre es, dies unter den Restriktionen einzutragen.

    Würde mich sehr freuen, wenn dies realisiert würde.

  2. It would be helpful to have more charging rules or patterns for products.

    Especially for long term bookings (still with a nightly rate) it can be necessary to add a product on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly pattern.

  3. Product Checklist could have a wider set of functions such as ability to post directly to Profiles without a current reservation. And ability to post to Spacetime Reservations (not only Guest)

  4. Add More conditions to the Product Rules: so users can have even more specific applications. Some of them are:

    Such as the "Creation Date" of reservations. Especially if a new tax/service fee is to be in effect only after/before a certain date.
    Age Categories
    Space Features
    Valid Period of promotion (Voucher)
    Floor Number

  5. Having an ‘Out of Sales’ status which blocks the sale over a date period but does not remove it from the inventory.

    It is possible to use House Use but this is not taken into account by RMS DUETTO.

  6. Can we please create a feature to block room charges for so no one can add any unnecessary charges to rooms

    Right now, we are only commenting on bookings that should be on a no post basis, but of course there is human error at one point or another and it is sometimes easy to miss the comment especially when there are multiple information on the booking, and we end up not getting paid for these services sometimes

    -Ability to add Surcharge on the "Base Rate" via a Relative Value (%)
    -Extend that relative adjustment to the Age Categories
    -Extend that as well to the Dynamic Pricing Overriding functionality.

    Dependent Rates
    - Can we also consider an independent "Relative/Aboslute Dynamic Pricing Overriding" functionality as well for the dependent rates? Right now, they are highly dependable on the modifications made to the base rate.

  9. In the list of rates, we see
    Name, Base rate, Type (private or public), Short name, External name, Enabled, Default.
    It would be nice to have at least one extra column, to visualise the adjustment (absolute or relative) from the base rate. When there's a lot of rates to setup and check it can be time consuming to do those 3 clicks (rate, pricing, adjustment).

  10. It would be helpful if we can select the specific room types we need to assign to a specific rate plan. Currently, we just need to add more restrictions if a room type cannot be sold under a rate plan.

  11. When we want to delete a rate, it is not possible if there are restrictions affecting to "All rates". It is not operational to delete all restrictions affecting to "All rates" in order to eliminate an specific rate. Instead of not letting you delete that rate, it should be asked with a "warning" something like "would you like to delete this rate eventhough there is a restriction on it?

  12. I have recently discovered a 1,000-character limit has been applied to (at least) the description of a new rate when I attempted to modify an existing description and add a new rate. Overall, not an issue. The problem to solve is formatting this description. Line breaks and blank lines entered when writing the description are no longer recognized and now the lines all run together. This is not a great Guest experience and is apt to cause more Guests to skip reading the description entirely when they see a big block of words. I hope this was an oversight when…

  14. When we change prices and click enter, the next squared selected is the one in the right (same category for the next day). Nevertheless, normally when we change rates, we do so for an entire day. It will be much practical is the next square selected after clicking "Enter" is the one below what we have just changed. This way, we can swap from the first until the last category of a whole day and do it quicker than now.

  15. As with the rates page, it would be useful to have a search bar for spaces, so that settings can be made more quickly when managing establishments with a large number of spaces, and therefore with several pages (e.g. > 300).

  16. It would be great if it were possible to set an early check-in and early check-out rate per hour. Currently, only a fixed price can be selected, which limits our ability to charge more for these options.

  17. Rate Key Requirement:
    It is not possible to leave the rate key field empty, limiting flexibility. We are currently doing a big migration/restructure project and cannot yet delete the old rates but need to wipe the keys in order to reuse them.

    Navigation Limitation:
    Unable to use Command+Click to open a rate in a new tab, which impacts multitasking efficiency.

    Voucher Code Search:
    Searching for voucher codes is harder. Additionally:

    If working on a public voucher setting, after making a change, all filters reset quickly to default, and we need to filter again to public/private.

    Nous aimerions avoir la possibilité de borner un tarif par occupation.
    Ex: vendre un tarif pour une seule personne
    Cela nous permettrait de vendre des forfaits soirée étape (nuit+PDJ+dîner) pour nos clients corpo.
    Idem, nous aimerions pouvoir borner des produits. Actuellement les restrictions existent uniquement pour les tarifs, or, nous aurions l'utilité d'avoir des restrictions pour les produits afin d'étoffer notre offre produits (ex: box romantique commercialisable uniquement jusqu'à 7 jours avant l'arrivée).

  19. They is a example of the request of the customer. This functionality is available in Hotello and customers is looking to have the same in Mews. There is some examples:
    Example 1: I have a package for 3 nights:
    Night 1: Diner
    Night 2: Breakfast, lunch (apply after midnight per day per person) and diner
    Night 3: breakfast and lunch (apply after midnight per day per person)
    The problem right now is all items applied every night. In Hotello, they was able to select in the configuration with specific night the product should applies

  20. Create more options for the product rule creation. There should be an option to select a limit to the amount of each product available in the system to avoid overselling.
