  1. Would be very useful to have a report in Mews that lists our hotel's most loyal guests, who have stayed/spent the most. This would make it easier to identify the guests e.g. for recognition purposes.

  2. Currently the 'Optional Reservations' and 'Optional Blocks' are available in the dashboard view of the Availability & Occupancy Report. However, this data is not included in the export. Please make this data available in the export as well so we can work with it.

  3. We need a way to notate guest allergies in their profiles and pull reports. At minimum, we need a way to be able to pull a PRINTABLE report that includes reservation notes, where we are currently noting allergies for our kitchen and housekeeping staff. This is vital to operations for our property and for our kitchen specifically. Our chef currently has no way to efficiently and effectively pull guest food allergies directly from Mews when he is writing the breakfast menu. We are forced to use a separate system which, naturally, causes food allergies to occasionally fall through the cracks…

  5. It would be great if we could receive a no-show report, either as an xml attachment in an email, or a pdf report through email.

    Currently the only way to check no-shows is on the day itself and there's no way to really gather statistics from this unless you keep track yourself.

  6. It would be helpful to select multiple room categories within the availability & occupancy report.
    At the moment it is only possible to select all or one room category. If you like to check on the availability of only a few space categories you have to search the whole list.

  10. Proposal: Standardization of Reports

    Inconsistent Data Presentation:
    Reports are currently displaying different data sets.

    Varying Criteria:
    Not every report uses the same criteria to present data, leading to discrepancies.

    Divergent KPIs:
    As a result, each report shows different key performance indicators, depending on the data and criteria used.

    Risk of Misinterpretation:
    These inconsistencies can lead to confusion and may result in misleading statements or incorrect insights.

    Harmonized Reporting:
    My goal is to harmonize all reports so that every report shows the exact same data. Since all the data originates from the same source, there should be no discrepancies between reports.

    We wish to send the breakfast list to our supplier along with the next day's breakfast orders. The product checklist is very useful, but we’d like to know if it’s possible to remove the guest names and display only the room numbers instead.

    Additionally, is there a way to automate this process by scheduling the list to be exported and sent out?

  12. It would speed up the selection of dates in the filters if one could just type then press tab key. Ideally it would auto populate the current year. Also, some date selections do not adjust the end date based on the selected start date so it takes quite a lot of clicks to, say, get the view of your OCC for next week. Same for changing rates for date ranges etc.

  13. We have a mandatory field for canelationreason when we cancel a product, but there is no report for checking this proccesses.
    We need a report sorted by products with reason, guest name, booking date and cancellation date etc.
    As it is now, checking is extremely time-consuming because you have to search for everything individually.

  15. Make the checklist report printable/exportable to create a communication report for the reception and the restaurant. It should provide a list of the different rooms with their packages: breakfast and dinner options, along with the number of people in each room. This will give a detailed summary to bill the correct amount per room. It must be printable, as screenshots are not an option when there are many reservations. This report can be used for many products, not just restaurant items.

  16. It would be great to have reports scheduled via email so that we can monitor multiple properties production / res made yesterday / manager flash via pdf quickly on an email instead of running each single report

  17. When you change the date filter and open a reservation, the preselected date resets back to the current date instead of the date you selected which creates an extra step for properties.

    Even though we can name the schedule, we receive the report with its standard name: Accounting Report - Reservation Report....
    This creates confusion as we use the same report with different filters every day, but both are named the same...
    Could it be arranged that the report (excel sheet) inherits the name of the schedule?

    1. Gliederung in Zimmerkategorien
    2. Anreise und Abreise
    3. Name des Gastes (optional)
    4. Anzahl Personen gegliedert in Kinder und Erwachsene
    5. Produkte (Hund, Late Check-out, Early Check-in usw.)
    6. Gästenotizen und Hauseigene Notizen
