Different color on timeline for PAID reservations
Would be very helpful to see from the timeline bookings that are paid (when balance is 0) by different color from bookings that still has to pay

Show employee who created a note
It would be nice to have the name of the employee who left a note on the reservation, This way is easier for departments to communicate. Since everyone needs to login with their own credential Mews should display who wrote the note. This will be a helpful tool for management to follow up with the person who's left a specific note on reservation. (e.g. guest complained about noise, the manager will be able to follow up with the receptionist who left the note- for more details.)

Breakdown of quotation (detailed quotation)
When a guest ask for a quotation with different kind of product (night, breakfast, lunch, dinner, pic nic……) it would be great to have the complete breakdown with each product clearly identified.
Currently, Mews does not offer the possibility to identify products and offer the total amount without any detail.

Occupancy-based pricing
Spaces are often priced by category, however additional pricing schemes could become available with the possibility of pricing spaces according to the number of guests accommodated. With the availability of occupancy-based pricing options, properties would have the possibility to set rate price based on the number of people staying in the space rather than applying an empty bed adjustment. This would enable much more pricing flexibility for revenue managers, which could additionally provide even more attractive prices for guests.

Group deposit
Group bookings can complicate payments, especially if all bookings are being paid for by a single party. Adding the capability to pay deposits for the group as a whole could provide a solution, as this could simplify the payment process for many business travelers or any other group travelers.

Group Overview
We need a group overview where we can see upcoming groups (groups in our case means minimum 10 rooms or more per booking).
Just an easy overview of all the group (not individual booking) maybe a month ahead. It could be in a report or by similar to timeline.

Legionella prevention function in Mews does not work well
Mews has a legionella prevention function. It automatically puts vacant rooms into dirty status after 7 days of being vacant. However, our Housekeeping and Maintenance system have a likewise function, which is way more operatable. Because I can adjust settings: I can choose the amount of days, type of notifications and to whom, etc. And, it belongs to those departments that do the legionella prevention. Mews just puts the rooms on dirty status and I have to go all the way into the history log of each individual dirty room to find out why it was put dirty; there's no…

Automatic and manually services to be applied on bookings and reported
Option to choose automatic housekeeping services to be applied on all bookings that has a stay for more than x days, such as towel change every x days and bedlinen every x days during a stay. Also the option to manipulate, add or move these services to other days. A report on all these services should be possible to access so that the housekeeping team can organize and plan the work volume for the upcoming xx days.

Old Billing Screen
Add an option in settings to set the Billing screen standard to the 'Old Billing Screen' or the new 'Group Billing Screen'. That way, if the original billing screen is prefered you do not have to change the screen manually everytime.

Be able to generate a report with all revenues inside, including the POS revenue as well
The revenues generated by financial reports are not including the POS revenue. Those can only be seen down under in "Selling points". Then we have to add or sunstract revenues to know exactly what was generated in total

Selecting individual colors for reservations
It would be an awesome feature, if you could individually select the color of a reservation in the timeline - that would make an overview much easier.
For example: Two rooms are booked from the same customer. Therefore you can select a specific color for both reservations. Then you can easily recognise bookings in the timeline, that belong together.

Showing the room number on past bookings
On the dashboard of a guest, we cannot see in one eyesight the previous room number, we have to click on details, or open every past bill.

Consumption date on product rules
It would be great to be able to choose consumption date and time when setting product rules - For example If the product should be added on arrival date or in the night.
When you have a package that includes dinner at the arrival date it's not optimal to have the consumption date, by defualt set as the day after if the product is added through a product rule.
As it is now this affects the product reports in a negative way.
