  2. Occupancy overview in dashboard only 7 days ahead, while need is there to have similar overview for 14 days, this makes planning staff for Restaurants, Housekeeping much easier. If you click on Occupancy then the data comes out, completely different. The overview for 14 days, would be a great asset and make life easier.

  5. It would be nice when we send out the confirmation letters to our guests that there is a seperate section for special/important information to share with the guest. For example the exact room number or floor level for returing guests or critical information such as discount VIP status info.

  6. When in the billing screen of a reservation that is due out. It would be nice to have an option to Charge, Close and Check out.

    This would prevent us from having to go back into the reservation status and check out the room manually

  8. Some hostels often have rooms that do not have bathrooms connected and therefore do not have water pipes. In this a few other cases, turning those rooms to "dirty" with reason "legionella" after 7 days unoccupied does not apply.

    Can we add a setting that will allow us to turn off "legionella"?

  9. A push alert is provided on any room that are due, ‘To be Cleaned’ when the guest has checked out of that room so that housekeeping can take action right away.

  10. We need a group overview where we can see upcoming groups (groups in our case means minimum 10 rooms or more per booking).
    Just an easy overview of all the group (not individual booking) maybe a month ahead. It could be in a report or by similar to timeline.
    The headline per group should be the travel agency name or company name.

  11. My suggestion is to allow for extra capacity in space categories to be for children only. All my spaces are standard occupancy of two people with some spaces having extra capacity set at two. As a property want to be able to specify 2 adults + 2 children and not potentially attract booking for 4 adults.

  13. We have a bunch of big groups coming which all have the same task set up, for different departments (e.g. housekeeping and reception). It would be great to be able to make the same task once for the whole group, instead of doing 30-40 tasks individually. The same would go for if we need to make the same task for multiply departments, it would make it easier to just choose the corresponding departments.

  14. Mews has a legionella prevention function. It automatically puts vacant rooms into dirty status after 7 days of being vacant. However, our Housekeeping and Maintenance system have a likewise function, which is way more operatable. Because I can adjust settings: I can choose the amount of days, type of notifications and to whom, etc. And, it belongs to those departments that do the legionella prevention. Mews just puts the rooms on dirty status and I have to go all the way into the history log of each individual dirty room to find out why it was put dirty; there's no…

"If customers request a specific space feature, such as a balcony or a garden view, this must be processed after received so that an employee can manually assign such a space for that individual. Rather than manual assignment, however, properties may want to automate these feature requests. A new feature would enable the system to automatically allocate space assignment based on customer requests."

Task linked to arrival / departure date - ensure you are able to link a task to a specific event in the reservation like the departure date; meaning that if the departure date changes, so thus the task. Ideally, you should also be able to set a plus or minus days for this link (i.e. check one day prior to departure if guest has returned the DVD player)
