Date in timeline
In the timeline, the date is displayed on the left side of the column. This causes confusion for us on a daily basis, since the reservation listed below the date actually checks in the day before. We would like the date to be centered in the column, so that the reservation is listed under both the arrival date and the departure date.

BRING BACK THE ARROW IN GUEST PROFILES!
There used to be an arrow to go from the guest profile back to whatever page you were working on. Now the arrow is only there when you manage a reservation, but not for the guest profiles. Please bring it back!

internal use default time the same as check-in and check-out time
We want the default times for internal use of the accommodations to be set to the same times as our check-in and check-out times:
Currently, the accommodation blocks for internal use are set from 12:00 to 12:00.

Remove passkey requirement for demo environment
We use a demo environment for training and development. Multiple demo users are not possible (we tried, but it did not work).
So we end up with one admin user account. Admin accounts are now required to use passkeys, but these are hard to share without an extensive password infrastructure.

affichage du calendrier
Serait il possible d'avoir le choix de l'affichage des numéro de chambre dans le calendrier? en effet celles ci sont affichées par groupe de chambres de même catégorie. Pourrait on choisir de les afficher par numéro de chambre et avoir ainsi une liste de numéros qui se suivent... plus pratique pour gérer par exemple les chambres communicantes quand elles sont de 2 catégories différentes. plus pratique également pour avoir un visuel ,dans le calendrier, d'un étage complet.

Save preferred filters on the Task report
Currently, the report always resets to the “Deadline” date filter, requiring users to manually switch it (often to “Created”) every time they open it.
The proposed enhancement is to let users:
Save their preferred filter settings (especially date filter like “Created”)
Have filters persist after refresh or reopening the report
Optionally set a default view at user or property levelThis would reduce repetitive manual adjustments and improve daily operational efficiency for teams that rely on a non-default task view.

Sortierung Print-Anreiseliste
Es wäre schön, wenn man die Anreise-/Abreiseliste nach Nachnamen oder Zimmernummern sortieren könnte. Die Option "Gruppieren nach" nimmt viel zu viel Platz weg.
Es ist sehr zeitaufwändig, jeden Tag eine neue Excel-Liste zu erstellen. Das wäre mit einem Knopfdruck sehr viel effektiver.4 votes -
Prevent dropdown menus from closing when the user scrolls inside them
When a dropdown contains more options than can fit in the visible list, the user can scroll inside the dropdown to reach the remaining options. That works as expected.
However, when all available options already fit inside the visible dropdown, scrolling while the dropdown is open closes the dropdown instead. This is easy to trigger accidentally, especially on a trackpad or mouse wheel.2 votes -

Breakfast List
Hi,
As my breakfast team is not using Mews, my reception team has to print a breakfast list for them every morning.
At the moment, we are using the “Guests in House” report, but it only includes the bookable breakfasts and not the additional breakfasts. Therefore, the report is incomplete.
My other idea was simply to use the Product Checklist and print it with Ctrl+P. However, not all rooms are visible in the printed version. The list displayed in Mews is almost twice as long as the one being printed, as the print version generally cuts off after the 4th…

Allow cancellation costs to reflect only the final cancelled stay after reservation amendments
We would like the cancellation cost calculation to reflect only the final version of a reservation at the time it is cancelled, rather than including cancelled nights from previous amendments.
Currently, if a reservation is modified several times before being cancelled, the cancellation cost report includes all cancelled nights associated with the reservation history. This makes the report difficult to interpret and does not reflect how many hotels manage cancellation fees in their daily operations.
We would like to have one of the following options:
A setting to calculate cancellation costs based only on the final reservation before cancellation.

Editing Restrictions in the Calendar
When editing restrictions in the calendar, there are currently a few points that make daily work more difficult.
When I edit and save a single restriction, the view always jumps back to the list view afterward. This is inconvenient because I then have to switch back to the calendar and find the relevant section again.
It is also difficult to check the dates in the calendar, especially when working with multiple rate groups and room categories. The date bar disappears when scrolling because it is not sticky. As a result, it is easy to lose track of which dates the…

Tasks: 'In progress' status
Currently, tasks in Mews can only be marked with a deadline and then completed. However, it would be very helpful to have an additional status — such as “In Progress” — to indicate when someone has already started working on a task.
This would greatly improve team communication and coordination, especially in situations where multiple users might otherwise pick up the same task or wonder whether it’s already being handled.
Having a clear task lifecycle (e.g. To Do → In Progress → Done) would provide more visibility and reduce confusion.

New Ledger with Pre-set filters and bring back exports
With the updated (01/2026) Guest Ledger, there's improved visibility, but there's no pre-set filters. Would make life much easier.
Also, no exports NOR scheduled reports available anymore.
Please bring the function for exports and reports back.

If the check in date and check out date are not in the same month, the calendar should be a continuous calendar without the requirement for manual switch to next month to be able to choose the check out date.
