Automatic space assignment based on space feature requests
"If customers request a specific space feature, such as a balcony or a garden view, this must be processed after received so that an employee can manually assign such a space for that individual. Rather than manual assignment, however, properties may want to automate these feature requests. A new feature would enable the system to automatically allocate space assignment based on customer requests."

There is an automated assignment when adding the requested space feature from the guest in the guest profile - internals - prefered space features. In the property settings (stay) you need to select the "Reservation assignment strategy" to "Prefered space features". Yet..this is only for the initial room asignment. The guest can be moved afterwards and there is no quick indication whether the guest is in the room with the requested features.
