  1. Copy Rates: I would like to copy the whole rate (including pricing) most times I need to change just small things. And the best overall would be if I could copy this into other hotels I have in my profil. That would be awesome!

  2. The no show email the property gets, stating all the reservations that were cancelled with the reason "no show", includes the reservation numbers and the customers' names. It would be perfect, to also have on that the room numbers shown where there were allocated.

  3. add a validity period for product rule.

    for example : Valentine dinner or mandatory new year'event valid only 1 day per year
    can also be used to change price of a product

  5. Sometimes a guest messages us on the MEWS platform, and then calls and we are able to answer their enquiry over the phone.
    I would then like to be able to mark their message as completed without the guest having to see. This way the next person on front desk will not come along and think that the enquiry still needs to be answered.

  6. Hi, there is limited "space type" to choose from, and not always describing the product.
    Could you add a option to make new "Space type" yourself, or at least add more options like cabin and lodge so it easier to keep types appart

  9. At the moment Mews only has a template when you send an invoice that thanks the guest for their stay, however the same are sent as reminder which then often get ignored by debtors.

    The option to create more standard emails, to create for example a different template for reminders of invoices would be a useful tool to improve the management from within Mews.

  10. When making optional bookings, this means we are holding a room/rooms but the booking is not confirmed.
    If this bookings is never confirmed, we should have an status called released instead of cancelled, as you are not really cancelling the booking, you are releasing the booking.

  11. When viewing over 2 weeks of occupancy and you scroll right, the name of the categories disappear. Keep it frozen so you never loose sight of what category you are looking at.

  12. We would like to be able to change the optimize space allocation function in Timeline so that you can assign it as a Permission under roles.
    So not everyone has rights to use this feature.

  13. Currently guests checked-in with 0 balance show on the accounting ledger under 'to be resolved', this is creating so much extra work to check each individual reservation when no infact no action is required.
    These reservations should fall under 'in house' section in the accounting ledger while they are checked-in and 'to be resolved' after the check-out date.

  14. It would be great if you would be able to print multiple bills and invoices for a certain period. Now you need to open en print every invoice manually.

  15. It would be great to have some simple functionalities to help the rates yield management such as soon for example, as the occupancy of a certain category is above 60% increase rates by 10 EUR or 10% .
    This would save a lot of time and help increase the revenues.

  16. Right now: After making one task, you have to go back to "tasks" to find the "Add new task"-button if you need to make a second task.
    The idea: Create an "Add new task"-button at the same page as you just created your lastest task.

In addition to the list of intervals available for export schedules, many properties would prefer to specify their own custom intervals in case they cannot find an existing one that suits their needs. With the option to specify your own interval, users could customize their export scheduling exactly as they need it.
