assign task to multiple people or departments
sometimes you need to alert more than one department and/or people of the same task.
would be handy if you had the opportunity to chose more than one department for the task, or be able to copy it, rather than having to type it all again.

The ability to add more than one person to a task would also be fantastic so departments staff on days off do not get all the notifications for same day tasks.

There should be an option to select several Departments to set the same Task for.
For example, setting a Task for both Front Desk and Housekeeping to notify them that a guest has requested an early check-in on a particular day... annoying having to set the Task twice!
Could this be a possiblity?

At the moment we can only assign one person or department to receive the new bookings. There should be a choice where more than one person and/or department can receive this notifications.
