There should be an option to select several Departments to set the same Task for.
For example, setting a Task for both Front Desk and Housekeeping to notify them that a guest has requested an early check-in on a particular day... annoying having to set the Task twice!
Could this be a possiblity?

Tasks are remaining 'open' and so revert to 'missed' even though the reservation may have been cancelled ages ago.
Could we please have it so that Mews automatically closes all Tasks when a reservation is cancelled?

At the moment, Mews continues to match the actual date and time after midnight, so this is creating problems when night auditors are trying to fix various things for what is now the previous day.
Would it be possible for Mews to remain 'stuck' on the current day at midnight, so that any further postings done throughout the early morning still post as the previous day, THEN when everything's good and ready, the Night Auditor could then 'roll the system' by completing the day just gone, and starting afresh for the new day? It just feels like there should be a bit more control, especially for those of us who are responsible for the days' generated revenues!
Could this be a possibility?

If you accidentally close a Task, there does not seem to be any way to reopen or reinstate it (instead, you have to create a whole new task and rewrite everything).
Could this please be rectified ASAP?

'Loyalty Program' classification is too generic, and needs to be tailored to a chain's various hotel loyalty programs and levels of membership. For example, Accor has three loyalty programs (Accor Live Limitless, Accor Plus, and Accor Vacation Club), each with as many as seven membership tiers. It would be great if these various membership tiers could be added to Classifications, and each with their own colour-coded button that appears next to the guest's name when entered. I'd love to discuss this in more detail with someone at MEWS if they would like to contact me?

Agreed, it would be great if Files and Merge could be moved down and a 'Guest Loyalty Summary' or similar section be added!

It would be better that when pressing Enter it moves to a new line or paragraph, and that the message can only be sent when pressing the 'paper plane' icon. This way messages will not be sent prematurely (and embarrassingly in the case of template messages).
