Ability to mark messages as 'Completed' without replying to them.
Sometimes a guest messages us on the MEWS platform, and then calls and we are able to answer their enquiry over the phone.
I would then like to be able to mark their message as completed without the guest having to see. This way the next person on front desk will not come along and think that the enquiry still needs to be answered.

It would also help to be able to mark messages if one person is already working to answer the question. Sometimes it takes a little more work to fully answer. If one person is already dealing with the question and looks into the message, it would be helpful to mark the conversation as handled. Another collegue does not have to start working on that message, because he knows someone else is working on that issue.
