Hi product team.
I'm happy to announce that we now have Wakeup Service integrated in our PMS-PBX gateway/middleware SourceTech Extend.
Wakeup Service is a web based solution and as such doesn't require any client side application.
You can manage all aspects of wakeup handling (register, update, cancel) and the wakeup call results are clearly displayed.

I’m currently developing support for Mews, for PBX integration with Alcatel-Lucent OmniPcx Enterprise/Office, and found the lack of this feature a bit surprising tbh. Hope it get addressed soon.

An automated wake-up call field (of course if phone system interfaces with MEWS) might not seem relevant but for hotels working with airlines crews this is a must.
