    Hi product team.
I'm happy to announce that we now have Wakeup Service integrated in our PMS-PBX gateway/middleware SourceTech Extend.
Wakeup Service is a web based solution and as such doesn't require any client side application.
You can manage all aspects of wakeup handling (register, update, cancel) and the wakeup call results are clearly displayed.
I really think you'll find this alternative interesting.
    See https://sourcetech.se/home/products/extend/wakeup for more details.

I’m currently developing support for Mews, for PBX integration with Alcatel-Lucent OmniPcx Enterprise/Office, and found the lack of this feature a bit surprising tbh. Hope it get addressed soon.

An option could be to add customer defined key-value fields to the resource object, which the application then could read.
I.e ["Phones"] => ["11101,12101"] where the key is customer defined and the value could hold whatever data understandable by the application, in this example a list of phone-numbers.
