If this falls under compliance, users should be able to have access to a "Search bar" UI to quickly search messages on the Message page as well as have a historical log specifically accessible in the customer's Internals Tab.

We want to close an internal chat, since it is causing a lot of confusion. There should be an option to close or delete chats
