On mobile / smartphone: Display extended version of reservation module
On smartphones, the extended version of the reservation module is not visible. By "extended version of the reservation module", I mean the right hand side when you open a reservation in Commander. It would be nice to be able to see it on mobile as well.

Ability to suspend a user account
It is only possible to delete or create a user in Mews => We would need Mews to offer the possibility to suspend an account or desactivate it for a given period of time

Rate History
Display the final value for the fully flex rate in the rate management calender instead of changing everything back to the base rate after 2 weeks. Allows us to track the ratemanagement history

Room search based on requested/needed attributes
We should be able in Commander to filter room search upon making a new booking or re-assignment based on requested/needed attributes. Also we should offer to guests on Distributor to pick the attributes of their choice and inventory should be shown accordingly.

Ability to update full reservation price, not average/per night ADR
When updating reservation price it would be useful to be able to input full reservation price and not have to calculate average or nightly ADR. This is an unnecessary extra step which is both time consuming (especially for longer reservations) and not always accurate as adr sometimes needs to be adjusted for 1 night to get to the correct total number, the average doesn´t always work due to rounding.

Automate payments by booking
Booking, have 2 options to receive the payments, the VIRTUAL CARD and the WIRE TRANSFER, for this second option we need a feature to add the prepayment to the reservation in the PMS automatically. Now, actually I need to check and add this payment manually.

Amend package rate rather than RO rate with packages added on
When amending a rate which has packages attached, currently I need to work out (with a calculator) what the rate is without the packages and enter the RO rate for MEWS to add them back on when creating a reservation. Example: Rate is £500 inc bottle of champagne at £50,breakfast at £15 pp, airport transfer at £30... when changing the rate to let us say £400 I need to deduct £400 - 50 - 15pp - 30 and enter the RO rate of £2990 (double occ). I would suggest to enter the package rate and MEWS to deduct the allocations…

update Dashboard diagrams SPACES status
The diagram of status on SPACES shows only counting of 4 separate categories, in our case on a certain date:
72 Dirty
23 Clean
99 Inspected
2 Out of Service
However on this particular date the number of OUT OF ORDER is 5, which is more than the 2 Out of service.
This information is not now not on the dashboard because? (font size to large to fit in the diagram, or is the Diagram too small to show everything? I think it is important that we see also the 5 (!) in the diagram

Automatic check-in only for those guests who completed the online check-in
Would it be possible to make a difference between guests, who completed the online check-in and all others. At the moment you have to choose between checking in all guests automatically or none.

close invoice wihtout entering postcode
this is really time consuming when the customer doesn't want an invoice and we just want to register the check-out.

Notifications needed for new same day bookings
Please include a pop up note on the dashboard or send it as a message in MEWS for new same day arrivals/bookings created on the day for the day - to assist in preparation for arrivals. The channel manager emails are not sufficient and reliable enough to reach the right group of people.

improve house use function
think you need to work on that feature a bit so reception aware when a HOUSE USE room checks in, make sure there is a check in and check out solution – otherwise, how do we know if the members of staff is in the room or not???
And also room changes should be allowed instead of having to delete a space block and create a new one.
A House room use is a reservation like any other, the only difference is that it does not count into the inventory and revenue.

refund reason as internal note
Making a refund in Mews is easy and quick, however, when leaving notes as reason for refund, internal information that mean to be shared only with staff, it shows on the bills or invoice, leaving a very unprofessional image. Guests should not see what we write as notes.

Make past and future online checked-in reservations visible
At the moment, online checked-in reservations are only visible on the day of arrival. In statistics you can find the amount of online check-ins in the past and future however, it is not possible to click through and see the specific guest/reservation the online check-in belongs to. Past of future reservations only show a grey 'manage' button.

Booking Number in all reports
Booking number should be in all reports - Accounting ledger report and paymentreport, It is much easyer to remember at number instead of the spelling of a name.

Make basic reservations report fit PDF format without cutting off notes
Reservations basic report (guest name, notes, arrival date) is cut off when viewed and printed to PDF (for example to report daily to all departments avoiding every manager having to pull the same report in the morning). Long exported version is too detailed, so what is needed is the VIEWED version ensuring it fits on PDF to be able to share via email.

Down payment bill
When we ask for a deposit; Often, guest accounting department ask us for a down payment bill (deposit bill). Usually 30% of the total reservation.
It would be great to be able to edit a down payment bill (deposit bill) automatically calculated (a specific percentage) from the reservation total balance.
