Toggle specific Mobile Notificaitons from Commander App
Currently if you have the mobile commander app installed and you are set to receive customer messages in Mews then you receive all messages as a notification on your phone from the mobile app. There isn't currently a way to toggle these notifications without just disabling the app from sending notifications entirely.

billing and payment of a company should be also visible on the status page in a reservation
closed company bills (with payments) are now totally invisible in the reservation. It would be nice if a billing and payment button is also visible in the reservation on the status page, as it is for the guests.

overwriting our fixed rates incl. breakfast, results in rates excl. breakfast
When clicking on the rate (incl. breakfast) when making a reservation in commander, since the overwrite update of last week, results in a rate excl. breakfast. Also, if we change the rate here, breakfast is only added in the next screen. We only sell room rates incl. breakfast, so this is not really desirable. could the rate stay incl. breakfast, in our configuration?

Selecting the reservation number with a double click
When double clicking on the reservation number, it also selects some text next to the reservation number.
In the daily use, you often have to copy the reservation number, so it's much easier and faster if you can do it with a double click.

When choosing a rates option from a column in commander, please also put lowest rate first.
We have set up different rate types for 1/2 use and 3/4 use per room. The the 3/4 use option is alway first shown, when making a reservation in commander. We would prefer 1/2 use first shown.

voucher field in the first step of reservation screen
In order to start a reservation office for the several hotels in one destination, we would like to see and compare voucher rates of all hotels to offer the guest the best fitting room.

A guest might move even 5 times during a long stay or in case of extending a reservation.

can mark reservations as ''ready to check in'' or ''invalid credit card''
We need to have the option to can mark the reservations for the next days as ''ready to check in'' so we know that there is nothing else to do with this reservations in terms of testing the credit card, or whatever is needed to do with the reservation, or mark the reservation as ''incidence'' if there is something that needs to be done on that booking.

Automatic and manually services to be applied on bookings and reported
Option to choose automatic housekeeping services to be applied on all bookings that has a stay for more than x days, such as towel change every x days and bedlinen every x days during a stay. Also the option to manipulate, add or move these services to other days. A report on all these services should be possible to access so that the housekeeping team can organize and plan the work volume for the upcoming xx days.

Allow Minimum Rate Setting on Rate Management
As revenue managers, we sometimes need to change many dates in one go. Unfortunately, mistakes can be made that can lead to reservations with the wrong rate (a really low one).
It surprised me to realise that MEWS did not have a way to set a minimum rate to be sent to the booking channels as SiteMinder does. We should be able to set the rate we do not want to sell cheaper than that year round. For instance, if we never sell our master rate for less than 59 Euro, it would be great that Mews would not allow…47 votes -

Take over the detailed subscription in rebate invoices from original invoice
When rebate an invoice it says on all lines "Additional expense (Additional expense rebate Bill ....) It is not possible to send a new changed invoice to customer with detailed information like: roomstay, citytax, breakfast.

Create a section by departments (Housekeeping, maintenance, Customer service ...) in which, you can upload photos by apartments or rooms to know incidents and the whole team can see it.

invoice due interval (bulk update)
Ability to set a fixed date for invoices due.
Ex. Invoices due on 20th of the following month.
All invoices raised in June 2019, will be due on 20th July 2019.
Current setting only allows for a number of days post-closing.
