  1. in the reservationo verzicht you see, after the adjustment of the way of showing the tourist tax, now every day a new post of the tourist tax. This is not a problem with a short stay. but if a guest stays for 3 months it becomes a very long list and not really clear anymore.

  3. I am looking to use the Mews system to write messages to guests using the email addresses of guests that are logged in to the Mews system. Although I have Admin Rights I can't set up messaging to individual guests. Wanted to do this to communicate around cancellation arrangements for example which is something of a major current task.

  4. When scheduling reports, you typically have them scheduled to send via email in the morning. This ensures that all data is accurate for the day prior.

    When scheduling Month Overview Manager Reports, you can select the date range to be from the 1st of the Month to Today 00:00 (midnight the night prior). This is great because all the data is final and cannot / should not really be adjusted.

    However, when scheduling the Year Overview Report, the only option for date range is from the 1st of the year to Tomorrow 00:00 (which is midnight tonight as opposed to…

  5. When working in multicurrency environment, it would be great to be able to select only 1 currency to be displayed on the pro forma and final invoice of a customer. This will avoid a lot of confusion and discussion over the FOREX used by the hotel.

  6. It would be great that we could set a ring/bell signal for some urgent tasks, like for: Late check out, wake-up call, any other urgent task. So you hear that something urgent needs to be done, also when you do not look at the desktop screen.

  7. It would be great to have some simple functionalities to help the rates yield management such as soon for example, as the occupancy of a certain category is above 60% increase rates by 10 EUR or 10% .
    This would save a lot of time and help increase the revenues.

  8. Requesting the ability to enter selling limits based on variables defined by the hotel.

    For example:

    Rate Code + Space category + Number of rooms
    Once number of rooms has been sold for X category with X rate, close ability to sell more

  9. It would be great if when changing the dates of a reservation in the properties tab you could have an option to keep the same price when changing the dates. This could be added as it is the apply cancellation fees, which you can select or not. Specially now with the Covid-19 crisis we are changing a lot of reservation dates keeping the conditions for our guests, and if the price of the new dates is higher than the price they had, when you change the dates the price per night is automatically updated.   11. The space status report filter does not have the option to filter guests that have arrived and the guests that are staying.
    Currently, only one of them can be chosen.

    Please add an additional filter option to do both.

  12. Regarding reservation report and tasks assigned to reservations, it would be very helpful to show these tasks on the reservation report. Something similar to reservation notes which are shown on this report.

  13. we wish to be able to set a maximum limit of rooms bookable by a client (absolute limit and limit by room categories) in order to avoid privatization of the establishment, for example.

  14. At the moment, if you want to block a space as OOO the space has to be empty. This is really frustrating if you have a big space, eg our 28 bed dorm. I need to unallocate/upgrade all bookings first. It would be easier if I could mark the space as OOO first, then any reservations that can fit into other spaces of this type would be automatically moved. Everything else would sit unallocated for me to upgrade when I'm ready.

  15. It would be useful to be able to delete multiple restrictions at one go. i.e. Delete all restrictions created on x date. Going into each restriction and deleting one by one is very long-winded.

  16. The PMS should have the option to add in the invoice more information needed by the accountancy department. We need to appear the name of the travel agency or the name of the apartment on the top right hand side of the invoice where it's shown the guest name, company, issue date, etc... but we don't have that facility.

  17. sería importante que a la hora de crear las fichas de los clientes/empresas fuese obligatorio poner el CIF NIF o Vat de la empresa.

  18. There is already an option in the "properties" tab to split a reservation over time after check in. Can we add the similar option for big rooms? So we have a 10 person room. When this is overbooked, I want to split it into a 4 and a 6 person room, with a simple "split room"option. Than we fill out the rates per room, or there is an option to take the old total costs and aply them to the new "split up" version according to number of guests. Meaning that 40% of the original costs go to the 4…

  19. The main booker of a company always wants to receive a confirmation email with all of the guest names now the main booker only sees a reservation number of all reservations

  20. We have groups that come through our property often and know their days well in advance, however there is a contract in place and they must let us know x amount of days in advance if they want to keep that reservation.

    I'd like Mews to develop a way to bulk input multiple "optional" reservations at the same time rather then entering each resv one by one
