  1. When a new export is ready for download, it would be great to have a download option right where you have the notification.

  2. In terms of security it would make sense to hide the credentials of the FTP export target. Furthermore it would make sense to add the protocol to the URL field (i.e default value ftp://ftp.***.***).

  3. iDEAL Payment request
    It is also possible to send a business iDEAL Payment Request to your customers. You can do this by sending a link via various channels, including e-mail, SMS or WhatsApp. For example, the iDEAL Payment Request is used to let customers pay afterwards, to pay for digital invoices or to settle (monthly) subscription fees. Research has even shown that a digital invoice that contains a link for an iDEAL payment is paid on average three times as fast.

  4. Is there any opportunity in the rate management, availability and occupancy screens to always keep the slide bar at the bottom in your screen. Often you wish to slide through the screen, reviewing the top of the screen which simply is impossible.

  5. Currently you can book adults or children into a space. However, particularly in hostels, some rooms aren't suitable for children. eg. you shouldn't be allowed to book a 10 year old into our 28 bed dorm on their own.

  7. It would be nice to have the name of the employee who left a note on the reservation, This way is easier for departments to communicate. Since everyone needs to login with their own credential Mews should display who wrote the note. This will be a helpful tool for management to follow up with the person who's left a specific note on reservation. (e.g. guest complained about noise, the manager will be able to follow up with the receptionist who left the note- for more details.)

  8. Now all roomtypes with all room numbers are displayed when assigning a reservation.
    You should only see the rooms available for the roomtype that is active for that reservation. When giving an upgrade you should change the roomtype in the tab 'Properties' > space category. When you changed the roomtype, the rooms for that roomtype available will now be shown in the assignment bar.

  9. When a group is arriving where the company is paying for RBT it should be possible to place these reservation all at once on the cashlist to avoid walk outs.
    This should also be possible to have everyone automatically on the cashlist (less work to take someone off then place everyone on who is not allowed to book items to their room)

  11. On smartphones, the extended version of the reservation module is not visible. By "extended version of the reservation module", I mean the right hand side when you open a reservation in Commander. It would be nice to be able to see it on mobile as well.

  12. It is only possible to delete or create a user in Mews => We would need Mews to offer the possibility to suspend an account or desactivate it for a given period of time

  13. Display the final value for the fully flex rate in the rate management calender instead of changing everything back to the base rate after 2 weeks. Allows us to track the ratemanagement history

  14. We should be able in Commander to filter room search upon making a new booking or re-assignment based on requested/needed attributes. Also we should offer to guests on Distributor to pick the attributes of their choice and inventory should be shown accordingly.

  15. When updating reservation price it would be useful to be able to input full reservation price and not have to calculate average or nightly ADR. This is an unnecessary extra step which is both time consuming (especially for longer reservations) and not always accurate as adr sometimes needs to be adjusted for 1 night to get to the correct total number, the average doesn´t always work due to rounding.

  16. Booking, have 2 options to receive the payments, the VIRTUAL CARD and the WIRE TRANSFER, for this second option we need a feature to add the prepayment to the reservation in the PMS automatically. Now, actually I need to check and add this payment manually.

  18. When amending a rate which has packages attached, currently I need to work out (with a calculator) what the rate is without the packages and enter the RO rate for MEWS to add them back on when creating a reservation. Example: Rate is £500 inc bottle of champagne at £50,breakfast at £15 pp, airport transfer at £30... when changing the rate to let us say £400 I need to deduct £400 - 50 - 15pp - 30 and enter the RO rate of £2990 (double occ). I would suggest to enter the package rate and MEWS to deduct the allocations…

  19. The diagram of status on SPACES shows only counting of 4 separate categories, in our case on a certain date:
    72 Dirty
    23 Clean
    99 Inspected
    2 Out of Service
    However on this particular date the number of OUT OF ORDER is 5, which is more than the 2 Out of service.
    This information is not now not on the dashboard because? (font size to large to fit in the diagram, or is the Diagram too small to show everything? I think it is important that we see also the 5 (!) in the diagram

  20. Would it be possible to make a difference between guests, who completed the online check-in and all others. At the moment you have to choose between checking in all guests automatically or none.
    Would be nice to have different options for automatic check-in.
