Messages on the dashboard
Can you provide the snapshot of messages status on dashboard? Like similar to other donuts on the dashboard, messages replied & no replied. Thanks

Yes and not only. Since we are more than one person working at front office and whoever is on duty can answer messages, at present it is not clear when a message was answered or not. We risk to have more than one person answering to guest. This is not only unprofessional, but staff looses time in looking for information if action was taken or not.
