Hello Mewsers,
Thank you for your feedback.
The housekeeping system in Mews is currently based off cleaned rooms being inspected by a supervisor including for overnight stays. When rooms are inspected, they are then turned dirty overnight.
Would you be able to share some examples of why rooms would not be inspected by a supervisor or manager for overnight stays?

An error occurred while saving the comment roland.galliker commented
The booker cancellation should show details of data of reservation. At present MEWS allows to send a booker cancellation to booker, but that e-mail is almost empty. It shows only arrival date and departure date. The e-mail does not show the original res. number, original guest name for whom the reservation was made for and room category. Thank you

To mews developpers. Pls make sure that together with the possibility to send the invoice directly to company or booker or travel agency, a different e-mail template is necessary and we should be able to set it up and choose to use it when we send invoice. At present the same mail template is sent to other e-mail, unfortunately including the dangerous possibility for the booker to look and change personal information of the guest who actually stayed at the hotel
