Would you be able to let us know a few of the cases when you would like to send the invoice to a booker instead of a guest? For example would you like to send the invoice to a booker if the reservation was booked by a company or a travel agency?

Thank you for the feedback.
It is currently possible to receive a copy of the confirmation email when bookings are made from the Distributor. This functionality can be enabled in your stay settings by selecting the option “Order generates email”. You can use this option to trigger an automatic email notification for the relevant departments.

Many reservations come by phone or e-mail. Very nice to be able to send confirmation from within Mews, but on our files we just have the piece of paper written by hand while on the phone with guest. A bit poor as we and guests do "sign a contract" (Beherbergungsvertrag) and very poor in case of differences between "on the phone you told me" and the price we have in mews

Hello,
phone number can be now set as mandatory – you can do it in Distributor settings. How to open your distributor settings Is described in our help guide https://help.mews.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002246997%22.
Speaking about nationality – what kind of problem are you trying to solve? Why do you need nationality mandatory?
It is currently mandatory in Online check-in which is available for all of your guests.

Not only in confirmation e-mails. Also in invoices (I do not understand that once a guest has set his language, billing mews does not automatically suggest guest language in order to print or send). All communication with guest, should whenever possible and translation available, be in guest language

Thank you for submitting the idea. As long this is another great idea, unfortunately, this is not something we have planned to work on in the nearest future due to us focusing on different priorities – such as: adding new alternative payment methods.
You can still upvote, submit or comment on the idea and we can any time get back and have a discussion around it.

You are right and this is just crazy. Quite a few times we had to go on Timeline and search for the guest and wonder where he is gone !!!! Even for guests who were already checked in !
