AI analysis of reservation notes and turn it into structured data
Hi!
Sometimes we receive a ton of information about the guest or the reservation via reservation notes from OTAs / TAs that are not structured and thus currently cannot be used to enhance the guest profile or reservation with structured data. LLM-AI analysis could potentiall understand the notes and make filter usable information and turn it into structured data.
Example:
Guest preferences: often times "high floor" "bath tub" "balcony" "quite room" "away from elevators" etc. are added to the reservation notes. matching those to the guest preferences available in profiles and space features before assigning a room would allow the…3 votes -

Channel Manager SiteMinder - include all guest names in Mews
Some partners are sending all guests names and unfortunately with the SiteMinder integration in Mews we receive only one guest name.

Availability Block: API endpoint to pull Blocks with no picked-up reservations
This would be nice for Connector API too.
Create an API Endpoint that properties can use to call on their optional blocks, AND those which do not yet have picked-up reservations, so they can create forecast reporting on expected income, associated revenues, rates details, and occupancy.

Expand Keywords for Channel Manager Notes/Comments
Right now, Mews decides what integrates as "general notes" or "channel manager notes" depending on the keywords from the logs. Clients would like us to consider expanding the keywords for channel manager notes so the comments can be integrated as channel manager notes all the time in the reservations.

Nationalities from 3rd party
Could it be possible to remove automatic nationalities from 3rd party bookings? We are getting example Expedia reservations all the time where US nationality is automatic but the guests are usually from Europe. This is an issue for Finland as we have to report to the government our statistics of guests. Of course we try to remember change it but many times we forget.
