Inventory Update Logs for Reservation Synchronization: Add Confirmation Ref or Link to Reservation
Currently, most Reservation Sync logs only note the reservationID string to communicate the necessary sync details to the CHM partner.
However, some clients can find such details not very user-friendly when attempting to troubleshoot the matter. Is there a way to consider adding some other details that would assist the client an easier way to search for the relevant booking, especially when there is an error or warning? >> Essentially, something that is searchable either in Mews or the CHM extranet. Such as Mews or the OTA's Confirmation Ref Number.
Perhaps (in the future) even a link to the relevant reservation in Mews for faster access within the actual Notification Emails for Inventory Update Errors.
