  2. It would be great if it were possible to set an early check-in and early check-out rate per hour. Currently, only a fixed price can be selected, which limits our ability to charge more for these options.

  6. I think it would be very helpful to have the option to set customizable (per house, per user) templates for reports.

    In general I appreciate the flexibility in creating a report such as the reservation report.
    But if there is a report that is needed regularly, it can be a bit exhausting to everytime set all filters.
    To set up the scheduled exports is a solution only in case there is a fixed schedule. If we could have the option to select a template that would adjust the filters a certain way, this would be more than helpful and time…

  7. Gender / Nationality / Date of birth by booking

    Could we make madatory for a guest who is booking to fill his Gender / Nationality / Date of birth as well ? Right now he only has to fill his last name, email and phone number.

    We have an all-female-dorm and some men keep booking it for some reasons. Gender with "Woman / Man / Non binary (or diverse?) at the moment of booking could really help us. As it is mandatory for us to have the nationality of the guest as well as his birth date, those could be…

The "city" focused filter will allow Sales and Revenue Departments to have the option to pull for more specific/localized stats of their visitors as opposed to a whole region/territory/filter which could affect product creation sales and marketing campaign (Without needing to export to Excel + filter the customer profiles report)

  9. Currently Mews does not show rate group description and rate description when multiple rates are available within one rate group. This is not ideal for any hotel that may have multiple properties to manage as well as multiple reservationists. Its unreasonable to expect for reservationists and multiple property management to remember or recall information that is vital to relay to the guest at time of booking. Most hotels have multiple rates so this is a feature that is 100% missing and required for Mews tobe competitive in the PMS market for groups and PMS for hotels.

  10. It would be helpful to receive email notifications if a OTA booking has been modified. We have direct integrations for Booking.com and Expedia but do not receive any sort of modification if a booking is modified.
    We have previously requested this feature via a support ticket but were told this would not be considered but I'm sure other hoteliers would find this helpful - particularly as some upgrades have not been modified via Mews.

  11. If the client has MMMP active, they would like to be able to look up a reservation number and find then the property, as sometimes people call not knowing which hotel they are staying but giving you only the reservation number.

  12. Wenn man einen Mindestaufenthalt eingestellt hat, gibt es keinen einfachen Weg, Lücken zu öffnen (z.B. bei Mindestaufenthalt 5 Nächte eine Lücke von 3 Nächten zu öffnen)
    Entweder könnte man dies automatisieren oder es vereinfachen, die Restriktionen für einzelne Zimmer and einzelnen Daten anzupassen

  13. When a group booking is created for lets say 10 rooms, you will get 10 notifications for new bookings.
    It would be very helpful if you could send only one notification "new groupbooking 10 rooms" via the little bell symbol.

  14. Allow the full user edit screen for admins when editing another user like when your editing your own profile / account.

    We add the users to mews and would include 2FA and profile picture so new users have a fully set up account. Right now these options are not available for admins (we have a specific hardware for 2FA and dont want employees to use their private mobile phones for 2FA for security reasons).

    Also it would be great to have an option to specify what users can change by itself similar to the enforce 2FA. Good behaviour would be…

  15. Allow a manager to set the minutes per room as a goal time for due outs and stay overs. Have this option to print on the housekeeping assignee report to be able to set a goal time and accountability for the staff.

  16. It would be much needed to have an option to choose which age category to link to rate groups and products. Now we are forced to sell 0€ products and also package rates for children, even though they are not available for children. Very handy for booking engine and less confusion to end customer.

  17. When you have derived (dependent) rates, it would be good if you can add different adjustments per room type.
    For example to have 10% higher for a Single room, 15% higher for a Twin room, and so on. At the moment it is only possible to make absolute adjustments with same percentage/amount for all the room types.

  18. When multiple reservations are selected within the group, users can easily make changes on the "Properties" tab or lock unlocking reservations and there are no warnings given.

    It would be great if there is a small warning saying that the change will be applied to all the selected reservations.

  19. Guests sometimes have multiple orders made via online Booking Engine, which means there is several payments on one bill. It would be good that payments are marked with time stamp and what are they related to (which stay).

  20. The customer want to be able to apply different value on Extra occupancy adjustment and age category on different period
    . Example, the child and teen are not the same value on high and low season.
