  1. It would be helpful to select multiple room categories within the availability & occupancy report.
    At the moment it is only possible to select all or one room category. If you like to check on the availability of only a few space categories you have to search the whole list.

  2. Make company owned reservations possible.
    It will allow to manage corporate clients more effectively by associating company profiles with reservations.
    Provide a comprehensive view of all bookings associated with a corporate account. As well highly useful for hotels that offer coworking spaces, where companies own a office space.

  3. add a checkbox on the reservation screen auto send receipt on checkout.
    The front desk employees need a button(macro) send detailed bill by email, because we received a lot of requestd by email to get thus.

  5. Bonjour il faudrait que l'on puisse customiser l'e-mail "commande ajoutée" afin de pouvoir faire figurer les conditions d'annulation du tarif au même titre qu'il est possible de le faire sur l'e-mail "confirmation de réservation" reçu par le client.

  8. Hi, we need to filter by last name, but the export only contains first and last name in one cell, so we can only filter by first name.
    It couldn´t be to difficult to make a change, couldn´t it?

  9. If you want to enter a new reservation, all rate groups and rates appear in the availability display. However, the rate window is not wide enough to display all rates. You have to scroll all the way down to expand the display to the right.
    I would like to see this bar for expanding the rate display above the rates window, ie below "rooms".
    This would also make it easier to see how far to the right you have to drag to see the desired rates

  10. Es wäre von Vorteil den Button zum Check-out (zusätzlich) auf der Seite zu finden, welche sich nach dem Schließen einer Rechnung öffnet. So spart man sich das ganze "zurück Klicken" bis man unter dem Status-Fenster den Gast auschecken kann.
    Das würde den Check-out Prozess schneller und einfacher machen.

  11. When creating a Hourly Service to sell hotel rooms during the day, we would like to have the possibility to add occupancy starting time and ending time to this service.

    To be able to sell room during the day on different time slots, we're first going to set up the Hourly Service. We are then going to create Rate Plans on which we add "Closed to stay" Restrictions on selected hours.
    With this setup I can sell my day rooms on different time slot and at different rates.

    However this configuration does not allow us to set up the Occupancy…

  12. When choosing Charging "Once" and then Consumed at either "Reservation end" or "Reservation start" on a stay produkt, you shouldn't be required to enter date and time when adding the item to a reservation.
    I.e. "Late check out" would be set as "Once", and when adding it to a reservation you choose Count (no. of hours) and it would automatically be posted on the check out date.

  13. We would like to be able to change the optimize space allocation function in Timeline so that you can assign it as a Permission under roles.
    So not everyone has rights to use this feature.

  14. It would be great if you could highlight group bookings with a different colour in the Timeline to make it easier to get an overview of group bookings.

    So when a guest has more than one house, the booking changes to a different colour on the Timeline

  16. Hello,

    Just want to give feedback and maybe you do have this issue under your To Do list.

    Guest's check in and check out in mews.
    Then guests do have reservations for next night and next next day, for different rate etc.

    Reception is not able to make key in the same room for two different reservations, in this case we do it manually. Sometimes, payment is paid, key cards are made, the CHECK IN button is forgotten.

    Same situation, if a guest checks out and pays his bill, then some sale spich and reception forgot to press the CHECK…

  17. Hello MEWS UserVoice Community,

    we urgently need a report for our company that clearly shows the turnover/revenue. The report should be generated daily at ~ 08:00 and ideally be sent automatically by e-mail to a fixed group of users. The following information must be visible on it:

    SALES BY OUTLETS
    - Hotel & Lodging
    - Gastronomy and its sub-outlets (restaurant, day bar, rooftop bar, banquet, etc.)
    - Wellness & Spa
    - Other

    REVENUE BY TIME (here using the example of gastronomy)
    - Breakfast
    - Lunch
    - Dinner

    SALES BY PRODUCT GROUPS (here using the example of gastronomy)
    - FOOD
    -…

  18. We are trying to set up our group accommodation billing. We would like to be able to send a proforma invoice or invoice, which shows a 25% deposit due to secure the booking.
    At the moment Mews does not offer the possibility to issue an invoice for a percentage of the amount, and i think this would be really useful to develop

  19. If the client has MMMP active, they would like to be able to look up a reservation number and find then the property, as sometimes people call not knowing which hotel they are staying but giving you only the reservation number.

  20. If a guest books a specific product such a pet, the task will be automatically created for the HSK team to insert a dog bed in the room.
    If the guest books a champagne/wine on arrival, an automated task will be created for RS to prep the champaign and bring to the room
