We need to have the option to can mark the reservations for the next days as ''ready to check in'' so we know that there is nothing else to do with this reservations in terms of testing the credit card, or whatever is needed to do with the reservation, or mark the reservation as ''incidence'' if there is something that needs to be done on that booking.

  5. Option to choose automatic housekeeping services to be applied on all bookings that has a stay for more than x days, such as towel change every x days and bedlinen every x days during a stay. Also the option to manipulate, add or move these services to other days. A report on all these services should be possible to access so that the housekeeping team can organize and plan the work volume for the upcoming xx days.

  6. As revenue managers, we sometimes need to change many dates in one go. Unfortunately, mistakes can be made that can lead to reservations with the wrong rate (a really low one).
    It surprised me to realise that MEWS did not have a way to set a minimum rate to be sent to the booking channels as SiteMinder does. We should be able to set the rate we do not want to sell cheaper than that year round. For instance, if we never sell our master rate for less than 59 Euro, it would be great that Mews would not allow…

  8. add a validity period for product rule.

    for example : Valentine dinner or mandatory new year'event valid only 1 day per year
    can also be used to change price of a product

  10. When rebate an invoice it says on all lines "Additional expense (Additional expense rebate Bill ....) It is not possible to send a new changed invoice to customer with detailed information like: roomstay, citytax, breakfast.

  11. Create a section by departments (Housekeeping, maintenance, Customer service ...) in which, you can upload photos by apartments or rooms to know incidents and the whole team can see it.

  12. When we do housekeeping list, we have 2 main different bookings, which can only be categorized by segment, that would allow us to make the list faster and avoid the confusion between different segment bookings

  13. Ability to set a fixed date for invoices due.

    Ex. Invoices due on 20th of the following month.

    All invoices raised in June 2019, will be due on 20th July 2019.

    Current setting only allows for a number of days post-closing.

  14. Some categories we have are on the same level of ordering (or there is no exact ordering) which is tricky to manage in Mews as there always has to be an orden. E.g. in case of a room move to a different category (on the same level) it would actually not be an "upgrade" or "downgrade". Which makes it hard with the setup of a diffusive strategy

  15. Possibility to add attachments to emails before sending to guest/company. For example POS ticket which shows what a guest or group has consumed in the restaurant

  16. We have two 4-persons private rooms. During the week, we have more request for 2-pers rooms. Is the following possible:

    Making a room 1a and 1b. Room 1a is e.g. the 4-pers room, 1b is the 2-pers room. If room 1a is booked, that room 1b will automatically be closed and the other way around. So the price for room 1a is based on 4-persons and the price of room 1b is based on 2-persons. The possibility to close one of the rooms yourself in advance should still apply of course to manage your rates & availability as efficient as…

  17. The content of the package the guest has booked should be visible on the invoice. For example '' Bed and Breakfast'' or ''Half board''.

  20. It would be much more comfortable if there were only available rates in the rate selection of the reservation screen. especially if the rate should not apply to the space category.
