Receive an alert on restriction override - Reservation modification
You can easily update/modify an existing reservation, even when a restriction applies. No warning is shown (e.g. MinLOS is disregarded when updating a booking)

Record multiple travel agencies for improved origin segmentation
When we receive bookings from destination management companies, the original source of the bookings often come from travel agents before they are sent to a destination mangement company and finally the PMS. In Mews, we are only able to view a single travel agency which means that we can only see the name of the destination management company; we are not able to see the name of the travel agencies that made the original bookings.
We would like our sales and marketing teams to have insights on the travel agencies that are making reservations.

Reservation overview list view
LIST VIEW of reservation overview(arrival, departure, inhouse) and possibilty to sort by for example "guest name", "room number", "price", "departure date", "number of persons" etc.
If we have more than 10 arrivals we are not able to all in a glance. This is a BIG challenge for larger properties.

Add options and restrictions to products
1- Add the option to make mandatory that the user (guest) fills in information before they can add the product to their stay. Example: offer airport transfer but then make it mandatory for the user to input the time and airport of arrival.
2- Add conditions to products so that they can only be chosen if such conditions are met. Example: minimum of 4 people must book in order to book a ski lesson14 votesHello all,

Make the line between bills thicker and/or more pronounced. It could be so much more clear which bill is which.

-Add a bill icon to the card that enters right of the screen when you click on a reservation from the timeline. If they are small Icons and ALMOST everywhere, it's odd to have them missing in some places.

Access to the reservation in the Mews Commander Mobile application
When you use 'Messages' in the Mews Commander app from your phone, it would be useful to go directly to the reservation as you can do when you work for a computer. Thank you team

Allow users to view the name and reservation number for tasks attached to reservations.

Create tasks from the messaging screen
As a reservations agent I often receive requests via chat for extra products, services or items to be added to a room prior to a guests arrival, for example extra pillows. I would like to be able to create tasks for the correct department when a request has been made.

Extra group by value settings

Simple automatic yield management functionalities for rates
It would be great to have some simple functionalities to help the rates yield management such as soon for example, as the occupancy of a certain category is above 60% increase rates by 10 EUR or 10% .

Guest in house report: Groups or guests who belong together
Guest in house report: put the groups of guests together (per group) that belong together. with a blank line or separated from individual guests. The F&B knows they need tables for 4 of 10 people for dinner or breakfast!

Moving invoice created to PM on new billing screen
in the old billing screen, when you had created an invoice, it was immediately visible on the unassigned left side.
now with the new billing, it "disappears" and you have to click out to say the payment tab to go back in to the billing tab before you can see the created invoice and move it to the Pay Master.
this is creating additional unnecessary work!5 votesHi Simone,

After Upgrade no more automatic change of rooms from Mews after extentions
After the last upgrade of mews. It is not possible to extend an upgraded person in the upgraded category as Mews moves the booking to the originally booked room (regardless if blocked or not )

IF YOU CLOSE OUT BUCET 1 - ALL THE BUCETS CLOSE. BUT IF YOU CLOSE UT I.E BUCET "C", A AND B WILL STILL SELL - THAT WAY YOU CAN GIVE KAM ACCOUNTS LONGER AVAILABILITY THEN I.E BOOKING.COM

Activity Report displays only 10 employees
In the activity report, it seems like we only display the top 10 employees by amount of "activities" performed (descending). Have tried to export the report to Excel, but it does not seem to show a break-down per employee (i.e. no employee names were displayed) only total by hour & day of week.

Mews Analytics Timeline View
Before 25th of October in Mews Analytic properties could see all the dates they set up the report for. However, after 25th the empty lines are hidden and reports is shown only from the Live date in Mews

Automatic booking reallocation when setting room Out of Order
At the moment in order to put a room out of order, you need first to reallocate all the reservations assigned to that particular space. It can take a lot of time, specially if it is a long period.
It would be nice if Mews could automatically reassign those reservations to another space.7 votes -
It would be great to have a button to check-in the customer while we are on the bill windows
I ask for payment at the arrival, once the client has paid I have to close several windows to get to the check-in button. That would be great to have this button just after closing a bill.
