Messaging function upgrade
I love the new feature that the guest can contact us via chat. However, it's not very easy that the guestchat and the intern chat is on the same page. also it is not possible to delete a person in the group (for example when they left, or acidentaly add the wrong person) also a delete button for a chat would be great (intern). does the guest chat also be saved in their

Thank you for your feedback and votes. We have completed splitting the messaging threads function, you will now be able to view internal external threads separately. We will be continuously to adding improvements to messaging as per your suggestions.

I completely agree, we should be able to delete members and conversations. Also we should be able to rename the messaging thread.
Also, the housekeeping employees can see the guest messages as well (and respond to them). But we would rather not have this feature. Can this be adapted?

Archive or delete button would be great - it can get quite quickly messy understanding which messages still await reply and which ones are done

I really DISLIKE the function.
We don;t want/need an extra contactchannel, next to email, phone, whatsapp, FB, Oaky, other directmails like Mailchimp.. -

Hello, I completely agree that it would be better to create a button to delete unnecessary conversations and thus avoid cluttering our chatt, as well as to delete a member of the group.
