Hi Everyone,
Thank you for your valuable insights on this topic. I am happy to inform you that this feature is now live and ready to use for all* users.
*Please note that France and Guadeloupe will be soon be given access to this feature as well, whereas development is still ongoing to serve your legal requirements.
More information can be found in this release note.
To add, soon restored canceled reservations will as well be shown in reporting, in order to give you a clear insight.

You need to request extend Customers = true, then they are returned. I agree with the comment that this is a bug.

Eventually channel manager API - GetConfiguration could work for you? It contains cancellation policies per rate plans

Hi Mewsers,
Thank you for your feedback and votes. We have completed splitting the messaging threads function, you will now be able to view internal external threads separately. We will be continuously to adding improvements to messaging as per your suggestions.

Archive or delete button would be great - it can get quite quickly messy understanding which messages still await reply and which ones are done
Truly needed - it does not make sense to be able to create a reservation in status enquired to then not be able to pass it to optional. Eventually good to think about integrating the status change in the UpdateReservation operation and not having separate endpoints per reservation status change
