improve house use function
think you need to work on that feature a bit so reception aware when a HOUSE USE room checks in, make sure there is a check in and check out solution – otherwise, how do we know if the members of staff is in the room or not???
And also room changes should be allowed instead of having to delete a space block and create a new one.
A House room use is a reservation like any other, the only difference is that it does not count into the inventory and revenue.

House use
We had a "house use" block beginning held after our departure time and before our daily arrival time to perform some essential maintenance. Since then, we have managed to receive a booking the day prior and allows a stayover to the day that we had blocked for 4 hours! We had the house use in place so that we could still receive bookings departing and/or arriving that day but wanted to avoid stayovers. Mews have informed me "the house use is outside of the occupancy times and therefore it is not taken into account."
My request is:
If a house use is in place for 4 hours on any day, bookings that would become a stayover on that day are not possible. This confuses me as to why this is not already a standard feature. I was told I would be provided with an alternative solution but that has not been provided either so it seems like no one has another option! Instead they have suggested that I create a feature request.

Clients would like to see more innovation and usability with the **House Use Function** > not just as an out-of-order block - but one that has a reservation interface as well. While cost could be calculated, it should not go against the RevPAR or ADR.
