OGM is a structured reference used with wire transfers and supported by all banks in Belgium in the form of: +++090/9337/55493+++
This reference is used by the hotels to process the bank payments automatically2 Structure
If you strip the + and / from the example +++090/9337/55493+++ you get 090933755493The first 10 digits are typically the invoice number 0909337554. This could be a combination of invoice number and financial journal, or any other combination, but the invoice number is commonly used and should work for most of the customers.

4 Last CC Digits to be shown on the side of "Charge and Close" button in billing
To verify with guest if this is the right card to be charged, show the last digits of the CC on the side of the CC Type Icon near "Charge and Close". This would avoid mistakes and this is also a LQA Standard (Leading Quality Assurance), which is one of the highest and most used hospitality standards.

Configuration setting which allows us to Swop number of adults in reservation screen van low to high
Configuration setting which allows us to Swop number of adults in reservation screen van low to high.
By default its set to highest number of users, while our business services predominantly 1 persons in dorm types.
We notice many wrong bookings are made, since its set by default on 1.Could we please get a choice on whether we display 1 adult before 2 adults.

I'd like to disable the 'Check out with unbalanced bill' function for some users in my system. This is not possible yet and has to do with user rights/permissions.

Scheduled Year Overview Report Date Range Error
When scheduling reports, you typically have them scheduled to send via email in the morning. This ensures that all data is accurate for the day prior.
When scheduling Month Overview Manager Reports, you can select the date range to be from the 1st of the Month to Today 00:00 (midnight the night prior). This is great because all the data is final and cannot / should not really be adjusted.
However, when scheduling the Year Overview Report, the only option for date range is from the 1st of the year to Tomorrow 00:00 (which is midnight tonight as opposed to…

Currency selection on pro forma and final invoice
When working in multicurrency environment, it would be great to be able to select only 1 currency to be displayed on the pro forma and final invoice of a customer. This will avoid a lot of confusion and discussion over the FOREX used by the hotel.

Under Space Categories, add a feature so that extra capacity is for children only.
My suggestion is to allow for extra capacity in space categories to be for children only. All my spaces are standard occupancy of two people with some spaces having extra capacity set at two. As a property want to be able to specify 2 adults + 2 children and not potentially attract booking for 4 adults.

long stays information
We have some ‘Long stays’ but there is no where we can see the actual number of days they’re staying (without looking at the arrival and departure date and making the maths). It would help if there could be a way of having a number (it could be right next to the reservation dates and inside parentheses) indicating the total room nights of that reservation

Mews analytics : default hotel in a chain
When you have a chain of hotels you always see the data of the entire chain first, which makes it unnessarary slow. Maybe default the hotel choosen? Or make it an option per employee/ Eg. the ceo of the chain will want to see them all, but the general manager of hotel x, will by default want to see his own hotel.

Automatic and manually services to be applied on bookings and reported
Option to choose automatic housekeeping services to be applied on all bookings that has a stay for more than x days, such as towel change every x days and bedlinen every x days during a stay. Also the option to manipulate, add or move these services to other days. A report on all these services should be possible to access so that the housekeeping team can organize and plan the work volume for the upcoming xx days.
