Make new "last minute" arrivals arriving today more visible on the arrivals list?
Can you make new "last minute" arrivals for today more visible on the arrivals list?
- Arrivals made between yesterday 00:00 and today are not easy to see unless you check the reservation report, which is not user friendly in a fast pace environment.
- Can they be marked in the system with a symbol or color or notification (or in any other way) for us to be notified on the day?

MOVE THE ACCOUNTING REPORT BACK TO THE MAIN SCREEN
You have moved the Accounting Report away from the main screen and into a sub category of Finance.
This is a terrible idea.

Product limit
Two customer scenarios highlight gaps in the current product setup:
Per-person products/fees (e.g., spa/massage): For spaces that accommodate multiple guests (e.g., a villa for 12), only some may use a service (e.g., 4 guests want a spa). Currently, there’s no way to select a quantity per product for partial occupancy.
Pet fees: Customers want to charge per pet (e.g., $30 per dog) and allow multiple pets to be added. Currently, the only workaround is creating separate products for each pet count (e.g., “Pet Fee – 1 dog” $30, “Pet Fee – 2 dogs” $60), which is cumbersome.

Creating the same task for the whole group
We have a bunch of big groups coming which all have the same task set up, for different departments (e.g. housekeeping and reception). It would be great to be able to make the same task once for the whole group, instead of doing 30-40 tasks individually. The same would go for if we need to make the same task for multiply departments, it would make it easier to just choose the corresponding departments.

Faster way to change rooms status to Inspected
It would be great to be able to batch-update the status of rooms, this way I can select all rooms that have been cleaned and inspected and update them in just one click. It could be like the checkout feature that allows you to batch check out.

Cancel all products when reservation is cancelled
When adding a product to an open bill, even though the product is linked to the reservation, if the reservation is canceleld the productstays charged. Any product that is linked to a reservation, wether it is a bookable product or not should be cancelled automatically when the reservation is cancelled.

Timeline jumps when clicking on a reservation
Since some days the timeline always jumps/ changes in a way that the reservation clicked on appears in the middle of the window on the left side. Also if you just want to move a reservation to another space. This is really annoying.

Availability block reservation status
To effectively utilize the Availability Blocks section, we need the ability to pick up rooms from a block that has an optional booking status. We often work with call-in allocations, where clients reserve a set number of rooms (e.g., 50) for their participants. As participants book rooms, the booking status changes to "confirmed" once a room is booked for an individual.

Add a drop down button above the timeline view to switch service
It would be nice to be able to quickly switch the context (bookable service) from the timeline view. Often we need to quickly look up something from the timeline in another service (parking or conference room). Currently it is necessary to go to the dashboard, switch to the other service, and then access the timeline again.

Make it possible to edit the rate of an existing availability block
Currently, it’s not possible to change the rate of an availability block once it’s created. To make any adjustments, the block would need to be deleted and a new one created.
It would be very helpful to have the option to modify the rate directly without having to delete and recreate the block.:)

Baby bed note in the Mews app
When a baby bed needs to be in the room, you will see it on the app behind the check-in time.
Unfortunately, this is difficult to see.
Can it maybe be made a bit brighter by giving it a different color or something?

Suggestions for Improved Parking Management in MEWS
We would really appreciate having the option for parking to be automatically marked as “checked-in” once the guest checks into their room and also automatically adding the parking booked on the bill to the timeline of Parking Service.
Currently, having to switch between services to manually check in the parking is inconvenient and time-consuming, especially during busy check-in times. Automating this step would greatly improve front desk efficiency.
Additionally, it would be very helpful to have a “parking” icon displayed in the guest profile, so we can quickly see who has a parking spot.

Link task to allotment block
It would be nice to be able to link task directly to the allotment block. It would be easier to locate the block already before any rooms have been picked up. We have several users handling the blocks and making adjustments to the room account, so this would help a lot.

blocking house space
When you click on the beginning date for blocked space - the calendar should automatically go to that date - instead you have to click on the calendar again to find the month/date example: the calendar automatically defaults to today's date - you have to tab thru the calendar for the date you want - then it should automatically show future dates for the end date, but it reverts back to today's date for the too. Would be nice if blocking house space worked the same way as booking a reservation - you would click on the date & space…

House Blocked Space
We have only 6 units and our cleaning schedule is based on a minimum of two to clean (outsourced) - so we do not have cleaning on a daily basis. To avoid booking rooms that are not yet cleaned (or blocked for holidays when we are closed) we used the house blocked space. Unfortunately, that blocked space will cause the cleaning status to default to dirty automatically - even if you change the status back to clean - it will bump it back to dirty until after the last blocked space date - check out time. Copy the number of ID to TAX identifier
So every night I have to copy the person ID number of every reservation that is checking out that day, to close bills properly during the morning check-out time.
My point is... Could it exist an automation that once you complete an ID / Passport number, it is copied to the TAX identifier directly?
