Merge guest profiles based on multiple details
When guest make reservations via booking.com, expedia... most of the time we only receive a telephone number or address. The e-mail address is in 99% of the cases one generated by the OTA to mask the guests email. Therefore it would be very convenient if Mews would merge profiles based on other similarities as well. This would make it easier to identify guests who have already stayed with us previously.

Allow to select multiple rooms when creating a new 'out of order block'
It is sometimes necessary to block more than one room out of order (an entire floor or entire building in the event of large scale refurbishment work, for example) and it would be helpful to be able to place multiple rooms 'out of order' at once if they all should be blocked for the same dates and same reason.

Payment status must be visible on reservations via Timeline
For every reservation that is on timeline, it would be nice if there was some form of a payment status descriptor so that our front desk staff can visually recognize which reservations have fully paid and which haven’t.
For example:
A fully paid reservation could have a “green” dot
An unpaid booking could have a “red” dot

Allow products to be offered by all staff or only management
Some stay products are only used by management or certain reservation agents.
Now all other agents and staff have to go through a long list of products to find the product that they need for the booking. Link 2 different reservations
Sometimes clients book 2 consecutive nights through 2 different means. It would help the communication with housekeeping if the reception was able to "link" the 2 reservations together so it is clear that the same person stays in the room. Additionally, it would be helpful to have an automatic detection of this kind of things, like a notification warning us that a reservation has been made with a similar name a day before or after.

Showing the room number on past bookings
On the dashboard of a guest, we cannot see in one eyesight the previous room number, we have to click on details, or open every past bill.

Restriction suite à un check-out et avant le prochain check-in
Pourvoir définir qu'un check-in ne peut pas avoir lieu avant un certain délai suite à un check-out.
Ce délai peut-être pour certaines catégories de logement ou juste pour certains jours de la semaine.Par exemple:
nous n'avons pas d'équipe de ménage un we, donc interdire les réservations avec une arrivée le dimanche si un départ est prévu le samedi.

Salutations, honorifics, titles
In an openminded world or openminded city and with an openminded PMS salutations like Mr., Mrs. and Ms. are not enough.
Please add at least Mx. Actually we had several complaints from guests AND staff that we are ignoring other genders.
Best would be: Make a list with salutations, honorifics and titles for the registration card. The admin can choose which ones should be offered to the guest/staff.
I know that not every MEWS user needs all these honorifics, salutations or titles, but a bigger list with the most common abbreviations should be possible.

Additional filters to the reservation report to compare online check in vs manual check in and online check out vs manual check out. Filters to view these stats by segment or distribution channel would be additionally helpful.

Availability block report to include blocks details
The Availability block report (i.e. once exported to Excel) only outlines the blocks that are in place however it would be great to include further details such as how many rooms are held in each block.

Consumption date on product rules
It would be great to be able to choose consumption date and time when setting product rules - For example If the product should be added on arrival date or in the night.
When you have a package that includes dinner at the arrival date it's not optimal to have the consumption date, by defualt set as the day after if the product is added through a product rule.
As it is now this affects the product reports in a negative way.

We take a print out for the registration form and take sign of guest for at check in.
