  1. In the summary screen of the voucher menu you only show the Name, Company, Travel Agent. We would like you to add in Rate Code and Expire Date in the overview. As its end of the year we now need to click into every voucher code to check if the voucher is still valid or not. We need a better overview on the created vouchers.

  2. To be able to create a combined/if restriction.
    As an example: For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of the creation of the booking AND at least 14 full days prior to the start date of the booking.
    At the moment, it is only possible to have either one of the two cancellation policies.

  3. Add a percentage of discount directly in the voucher, to allow us to apply a private discount on any public rate with a voucher code instead of create a new rate code.

  4. Be able to put a restriction by segment if we want to stop a distribution to OTAs or others channels classified by segment.
    At that time the only way is to close rate by rate and this is very time consuming

  6. Currently you can adjust a price for an entire space category for an unlimitied period of time. Could be great to have the possibility to have different prices adjustements according to certain period of time.
    Example: the Superior room is +20% from the classic from 1st january to 28th february and + 50% from 01st march to 31 may.

  7. When restrictions are in place (for example: minimal stay 2 nights) the internal user CANNOT see the rate on those given days. In fact when restrictions are in place the hotelier cannot see any of the rates. So when there is a WALK IN or a request the hotelier is flying blind. Therefore: even when restrictions are in place there should be an option that hoteliers or certain users can still see the rates of that day.

  9. Can you please look into the possibility of creating max to sell restriction?
    This would allow to set a restriction on how many times per day a rate could be sold. For instance a hotel that has a low entry rate to get the first rooms sold, or for rates with specific products.

  10. Requesting the ability to enter selling limits based on variables defined by the hotel.

    For example:

    Rate Code + Space category + Number of rooms

  13. When you manage rates and all rules in PMS, you could not round up your final price. For exemple, special offer to 10% OFF, the final price will be $101.52 instead of $102.

  15. If only the reservation manager has access to the Rate Management in Mews, then when employees are changing the rate of the booking, they will not be able to know what was the original price of the rate. They will only see from the action log the original rate and not the original price.

  16. COULD IT BE POSSIBLE TO ADD A "CLOSE INVENTORY FUNCTION" ?
    1) "BUCKET A" IS THE ENTIRE HOTEL
    2) BUCKET B" IS CORP RATES
    3) BUCKET C IS LEISURE RATES
    4) BUCET D IS STAFF RATES ETC ETC
    IF YOU CLOSE OUT BUCET 1 - ALL THE BUCETS CLOSE. BUT IF YOU CLOSE UT I.E BUCET "C", A AND B WILL STILL SELL - THAT WAY YOU CAN GIVE KAM ACCOUNTS LONGER AVAILABILITY THEN I.E BOOKING.COM
    ALSO A FUNCTION TO OPEN CLOSE OUT SPESIFIC ROOM CATEGORIES IN A SIGLE CLICK.

  17. Add a multiple select option for Space Categories inside rate set-up.

    I don't necessarily want all space categories sold on every rate that is set-up. It would be ideal if I could select the applicable space category inside the rate rather than having to "always" apply multiple restriction across many rates and room types, this has potential of creating hundreds of restrictions (10 rates/10 spaces).

  18. I selected rate management, but this occurs in so many places, reports, availability, reservations rate screen, etc.

    Please lock the top and left headers on any screen that has up/down right/left scrolling available.
    Position the scroll bar directly under the locked top header for easier navigation and indication there is more information off screen.

    The scroll bar is at the bottom of the page, and nothing is locked at the top or right of the page, so when you have to scroll right you completely lose all headers. It becomes very tedious to have to guess where to land, then…

  19. we sometimes have guest who extend an existing booking. where their company was paying for the invoice and thus on a company rate, the extension would be for the guest and on a different rate.
    currently we need to make a new booking, which is confusing for several departments like housekeeping but also effects our statistics for length of stay.
    any chance we could manage this by adding a different rate for a specific time period.
    please note, it is not feasible to change the rate on the day as this might get missed and thus creating errors

  20. It would be great if there is a possibility to make a split in the rate in different accounting ledger, without the guests seeying it.
    So like you can do by product rules, but than completly without the guest seeying your split.
    You can now put on bill as package, but then the guest still sees the product on the confirmation.
