  2. As a manager of my property, I would like the ability to create events in "Calendar Events" and set to a cadence in which they recur that can be seen within the Guest Portal.

    Example for recurrence selection - google calendar

  3. Small one, but can we remove the deleted products from all product reports, this would make it easier for our operations team to pull reports and schedule them.

    Really it's about giving our teams the cleanest data possible, I know they can select or deselect the products – we have a lot of products that were created whilst we were setting up the property, that we really don't need.. and whilst they are deleted – they show up in this report.
    As there aren't any other key filters (eg Product Group) it's just messy and difficult for the operational team…

  4. When an invoice is rebated the rebated items are not easy available for re-billing.
    Often we need to rebate due to "wrong customer". Then after rebate, the items are not available in an easy way, it is not easy to get the original postings back.
    And if the hotel forgets to issue a new invoice, the "cost" is gone from "to be resolved". It must be an easier way to follow up the rebated items. It is not always the case that a rebated item is not supposed to be re-billed.

  5. In germany we have to split breakfast in two parts: breakfast food with 7% VAT and breakfast drinks with 19% VAT. This is complicated for the guest to understand as we need two breakfast products and also for the breakfast team in the product report. Does anyone have a solution for that or is there a possibility to merge the two breakfast products in one? We know that other PMS make this happen.

  6. When issuing an invoice, it would make sense to be able to issue the invoice with the avrage nightly breakdown opposed to the actually nightly breakdown.

    For those working with dynamic pricing, the guest can recive a bill/invoice with each night a different price, but upon booking the booking engine breaks it down to an avrage rate leaving the guest confused.

    It is great it does this in the booking engine, but not ideal when issuing a bill.

  7. We desperately need a better overview of how many rooms are in use in each category.

    Almost like the timeline but adjusted. Preferably something along the lines of: the hotel has 20 standard rooms, 12 are being used today.

  9. Single Space Under 2 or more category type

    The feature to automatically disable the other category when one category is booked for a single room/bed is not available.

    For example Room 101 is a Quad room but I also want it to be a four-bed dormitory room. Depends on the first customer the bed will be selected as a quad room or a 4 bed dormitory. The other category will be disabled when another one is selected if dormitory it will be dormitory and quad room category will be disabled for that room.

  11. It would be great to be able to pull a report to see figures for the past 3 months of Sundays only for example. Currently you can only pull a report for a set date range, not just set days.

  12. Currently having a MLOS exception and maximum advance exception for close to stay restriction does not work.

    An example would be having a close to stay restriction for the Saturdays, except if they book 2 nights, OR if they book within 7 days before arrival (maximum advance).

    So what I want is a MLOS2 restriction for the Saturdays, but when it is 7 days before arrival, no restriction at all.

    It is probably a setup with an AND/OR rule.

  13. Current situation: E.g. If a guest selects the dates for a 3 night stay and we have restrictions with minim. 4 nights, the dates suggested by the WBE are often not even close to the dates the guest had in min.

    Suggestion for solution: The WBE instead suggests an additional night to the guest, so e.g. Guest search for accommodation 21-24th of March where the minimum stay is 4 nights, WBE then suggests 20-24th of March OR 21-25th of March.

    That way the guest doesn't think we are fully booked and understands the minimum stay better. Now it only says…

  14. So, we make a daily export of the remaining guest arrivals as a back-up or for other departments. As of now, it's only possible to create an export of the entire day's arrivals. It would be great to have a function that allows you to create an export of the guests yet to arrive, i.e. from now til end of day.

  15. When we create a new rate in the Channel Manager, it would be best practice if we could only send that rate to the channel manager and not all the rates that we have in the channel manager as how is today. Of cause, we need to have a "full property push" available, but the option to push just the newly created rate would be the best in a day-to-day basis. Then the data that we send out is going to be much less.

  16. A guest's balance should be readily apparent at the top of their profile as soon as you click on their name on the timeline, without having to load the full profile or scroll down at all, for every type of reservation.

  17. Nice improvement, for us its not fully what we need yet. We have every 7 days a cleaning but in case someone stays 9 days it would be great if the system can smartly plan or you can manually move the cleaning to specific days. e.g. for the 9 days plan it in the middle in the stay.Nice improvement, for us its not fully what we need yet.   18. When booking a reservation for a guest who will have several room moves during their stay, I would like the ability to link these reservations so it does not appear as if the guest is leaving and arriving when they are only changing rooms.

    • If two reservations within a guests dashboard are linked and the consecutive reservation is within a 24 hour period then
    • Don't count guest as departing
    • Don't count guest as arriving
    • Count guest as stay over

    This is important for departments like the front desk, but also effect the guest in terms of confirmation emails. Otherwise the…

  19. I know this was brought up before

    Many Companies will not pay a proforma or a bill preview - we need to issue an invoice but without closing the bill.

    Why? Sometimes groups are still in house - sometimes we are asking for prepayment

  20. We need a group overview where we can see upcoming groups (groups in our case means minimum 10 rooms or more per booking).
    Just an easy overview of all the group (not individual booking) maybe a month ahead. It could be in a report or by similar to timeline.
    The headline per group should be the travel agency name or company name.
