  1. Occupancy overview in dashboard only 7 days ahead, while need is there to have similar overview for 14 days, this makes planning staff for Restaurants, Housekeeping much easier. If you click on Occupancy then the data comes out, completely different. The overview for 14 days, would be a great asset and make life easier.

  2. Mews reporting only takes into account a COUNTRY of origin when filtering reports by ADDRESS. Most of the guests in North America are local guests. Therefore, address reporting is not insightftul for the local market.

    Having the insight on which city and state guests come from is extremely valuable in the US and Canada. Current ADDRESS filter is not sufficient for the Market in North America.

    To make this report sufficient, properties should be able to filter their guest address by:
    CITY
    STATE (US)
    PROVINCE (Canada)
    TERRITORY (US + Canada)

  3. We need to be able to create multiple confirmations regarding, example: a confirmation for group reservations with other conditions than a reservation for only one room. This is a highly requested feature for the ability to send correct conditions regarding the reservations!

  4. It would be helpful to have the companies in the "Guest in House" report.
    We have specific terms and conditions with companies, our staff would know directly if a person have specific conditions with the company on this report

  5. It seems like Mews' operations reports are really horrible (in-house report, house status report, and other such reporting).

    Please advise if there is any plan to produce nice printable reports or even better email friendly reports. I see the Mews commander app > Spaces can provide this info but neither the app nor the web version nor the PDF printouts are visually appealing for operations reports. This needs to be addressed.

  6. Have a filter in the reservations report for "staying period".

    For example, I want to look at bookings created on 04/10/2021 that are staying between 1st November and 31st November

  7. Hello Mewsers, I think your new availability view is great! It would be even better if you could click directly on the optional reservations and see all reservations staying or arriving in the hotel at that date.

  8. I would like to print a report of arrivals from the past which shows the guests ACTUAL check in time. Any report I produce shows the general 3pm arrival time but not the actual time the check in was performed on the system.

  9. Being able to group segments together for reporting purposes E.g. segment "Negotiated" could include "Negotiated - Leisure", "Negotiated Business" etc.

  10. Currently reservations that are cancelled partly are still counted full in the total room nights in the Reservations Report.

    However the total rooms revenue is only confirmed and optional revenue (with filter confirmed, optional, checked in, checked out selected).

    It would be more clear if the calculations are the same. In my opinion cancelled nights shouldn't be counted if not selected in the filter.

  11. Currently you can setup the Manager report with status Confirmed, Optional, Inquired. It would be great if you would be able to see the figures separately.
    So two rows, one for the confirmed rooms and one for the optional rooms. As now you need two reports to get an in-depth overview.

  13. When clicking on Occupancy, and then hovering the cursor over the various cells, there's lots of information show (which is great!)

    It shows the Average Daily Rate, but would it be possible to also have displayed what the Total Room Revenue is too? e.g. ADR $200.00 x 38 rooms = $7,600.00.

  14. We need to be able to quickly and efficiently e-mail reports to other departments, and it is too fiddly and time-consuming to export, then download, the save somewhere, then attach as an e-mail and send.

    Could it be possible to add an option to e-mail a report directly from the Exports?

    It shows 'Customers' but it would be great if this could be further broken down into adults/children/infants. Could this be a possiblity?

  16. Address in the Reservation Report should be broken down and not in one cell. It leads to the impossibility to use those data.

    My use case is as follows:

    I would like to be able to select all guests coming from specific cities/countries to be more efficient and quick when communicating (specially relevant in terms of COVID when you have a lot of cancellations coming from certain countries/cities)

  17. Mews allows to merge reservations but in the case a guest extend his stay through OTA's , even if you merge reservations, reports will show that room both in arrivals and departures. If the night Audit and Housekeeping don't pay attention , we ask the guest to release the room whereas his stay continues. In that specific case, that would be great if Mews shown that room as "Stay Over" in the report.

  19. It would make life a lot easier when it comes to rate management if we could split weeks into Midweek/Weekend. This would allow for better rate manipulation.

    It would also let us report how we are performing by Midweek/Weekend rather than us having to manually calculate it all (which takes a very long time when you are looking at the next three months). This sort of data lets us look at which breaks are more popular at which time of year etc.
