Have a overview of group reservations picked up vs non picked up
It would be very useful to have an occupancy report/overview of all the groups per stay day / per status. Then a second layer on picked up vs non picked up rooms per group. To determine wash and create accurate forecasting.

create new ordering in report
Every day we have to sort all cars in our garage by numbers, to check if all is booked.
With the guest report we can sort them but only ordering by room or guest. It would be very helpful to sort them by car registration number.
By exporting in Excel it is possible, but then you have to look for every room-number in MEWS.

Date arrows in the Reservation overview
Implement Timeline style arrows in the top left corner of the Reservation overview report for easy maneuvering between nearby dates.

The reservation overview report follows the standard Mews reporting format.
All reports follow a date selector style for date navigation. In order to keep report formats consistent is unlikely that date arrows will be added to the reservation overview report.

vacant list
We would like to have in just one report all vacant rooms including clean, dirty, inspected, out of service or out of order, and also rooms that have been allocated to guests due to check in but are technically vacant without the need of printing every single report separately.

We are happy to inform you that it is currently possible to group the reservation report by group.
Once the filter has been selected the report will be grouped by group name and sorted alphabetically. For more information on grouping in the reservation report, please visit this section of the Mews help guide:

Multiple options for Reservations Report Filter
Allowing to select multiple filters in the reservations report under each category. E.g. in the rate plans I would like to be able to 'tick box' multiple rates as opposed to having to see the report just on one.

Date time picker for reports should be the same as the new reservation screen.
The date time picker in reports has a few extra clicks than the NRS. I would like to be able to select the start and end date when the calendar is open, rather than having to open the close date calendar after selecting a start date.

List of the reservations
When you got the inform list of the reservations. The people that a arriving or leaving. Having there more options (customise) to see there only the things that you want to see.
(Example: can take the comision, tariff and totally away. Or when the reservation was made).

Room Nights reporting
Add Room nights booked to individual reservation reports and include room nights booked to totals, so this information can be summarised easily and does not have to be extracted from the arrival and departure dates.

Booking Number in all reports
Booking number should be in all reports - Accounting ledger report and paymentreport, It is much easyer to remember at number instead of the spelling of a name.

Create a report that helps to find profile by internals classification
It would be very useful to have a report that helps us find guest profile by their classification (VIP, previous complaint, etc.).

You are able to view all profiles that are registered in Mews and have classifications attached from the reservations report. The filter in the report that will help you view this is called “Customer classification”, it sits under the “Group by” section, of the reservations report.

Edit filters for Customer Profile report
Nowadays it's still not possible to edit a specific customer profile report (only per arrival day is available). The idea is to create a customer profile with specific filters (available in Internals>Classifications). For instance I would like the list of all the blacklisted customer profiles from an unspecified timeline.

Room number in Departure Report
Can you guys separate the room number from the Booking number on the Departure screen, please. This will also help to support all those requests for HSK where I can see people have requested to show room numbers. As the departure list can be printed directly on a PDF. Thanks.

Total nights report YTD per company
I would like to be able to create a report which shows the number of nights stayed per company. Preferably all companies in one report. We use this to decide whether a company is still entitled to the agreed corporate rate or whether it needs to be adjusted because more or fewer nights have been booked than the year before.
