    Thanks for the submission. We have a direct integration with booking.com, and are considering some of the other major channels as well. However this is very time consuming in both development as well as maintenance. It is currently unlikely we'll be able to fully cover channel management like the channel managers today can.

  6. Auto responses for frequently asked questions within customer portal. Hotel to be able to customise own responses i.e what time can we check in? Do you have parking?

  7. I find the color choices really strange. For example, when I see grey I think the reservation is from the past, when I see blue I don't feel like I need to do anything. It is not really logical if you don't know what it means.
    My color proposal would be the following:
    -Gray --> Past reservations
    -Black--> Out of Order
    -Blue--> To be checked in (Reservations of the day)
    -Green --> Already checked in
    -Orange--> To be checked out.
    -Red--> The check out need to be done, the room was supposed to be checked out before.
    -Clearer Grey /…

  9. It would be helpfull to see in the reservation summery how many double use and single users are in the booking. Especially in group bookings, you need to count every time when the client adjust the number and forwards the namelist.

  11. On the check out report - once a guest has been checked out they disappear from the list. Can they just be moved in to a lower segment on the screen so that they can still be found from the check out report?

  12. When clicking on Occupancy, and then hovering the cursor over the various cells, there's lots of information show (which is great!)

    It shows the Average Daily Rate, but would it be possible to also have displayed what the Total Room Revenue is too? e.g. ADR $200.00 x 38 rooms = $7,600.00.

  13. In the group overview, it would be very helpful if not only the rooms could be folded in, but also the different arrival days. There are definitely groups with staggered dates.

    We would like to be able to turn off the sound when a notification comes in.
    when we are talking to guests, it is very annoying when we hear a 'ping' in our ear all the time.
    if it is also possible to turn off the notifications completely, that would be great.

  15. Currently daily rate is not amendable once the bookings are created, with a status OPTION (not confirmed). We used to have it but not anymore.
    Also, we can never change room allocation if the booking is an option.

  18. Being able to apply discounts on the fly from the New Reservation Screen with different rates based on the service. Example: 15% on Accommodation, 5% on F&B ... Revenues need to be reflected accordingly per Accounting category.

  19. The new layout with boxes and not lines to write on is very disturbing for the eye. Mostly when checking the customer profile, but in general too. Please bring back the simple line. More elegant AND non the less way more eye-friendly!

  20. I would like to set a "Minimum advance reservation" restriction 4 hours before midnight (8 pm). Then customers cannot reserve online after 8 pm for reservations on that day of arrival. Our reception closes at 9 pm. This way our reception has at least 1 hour to help guests with information (digital keys, night safe) for a late arrival.
