Exact overnight stay on Reservation Report
Require solution for Reservation Report based on accurate and exact interval of staying/overnight during the selected period only, for example from 01-01-2024 to 31-01-2024 without including the overnight stay on previous month even the whole booking may overlap.

We have a mandatory field for canelationreason when we cancel a product, but there is no report for checking this proccesses.
We need a report sorted by products with reason, guest name, booking date and cancellation date etc.

Selection of multiple room categories within the availability & occupancy report
It would be helpful to select multiple room categories within the availability & occupancy report.
At the moment it is only possible to select all or one room category. If you like to check on the availability of only a few space categories you have to search the whole list.17 votes -

Cancellation date filter for posting journal
We really enjoy the ability to cancel products from billing and cancel orders from the guest dashboard, but there currently doesn't exist a way to audit cancelled products/items by cancellation date. We are able to filter by creation date of the product, but that makes it hard to track items created several months ago that may have been cancelled in the last week, for example.

In reservation overview report show abreviated notes if notes field content is to long, instead of not showing anything at all
In the Reservation overview report some reservations are displayed with no notes at all, where in fact there are notes attached to the reservation. This seems to happen for notes where the text content of the notes filed is very long. Thus it would be helpfull to show only the first lines of the notes with an indicator to view the full notes by opening the reservation details. Like "Some very long note text here. ...... See more by opening Details"

Have a filter in the Manager report for rates
Hoteliers like to track the success of the rates per month and currently, to do that is to run the reservation report with a specific rate selected and to run it in "Total" mode month by month.
Manager report has a lot of potential for improvement to make it more useful for the hoteliers.

Export Schedule on available for the a "Rolling 7 Days"
Add to the current list of Interval option of a Continuous 7 days that begins the report at "Current Day 00:00 to +7 days at 00:00"
This would allow a daily export of product services sold to show any 7 days out at all times and would also include any late changes that happen for last minute bookings with a cancellation period, add-ons over the phone, and so forth. Check out Report with the balance of the reservation
The Check-out Report is currently showing the open balance for all the Guest Stays. But the Check-out Report just need to display the current Stay. So if we are linking payment to reservations this can easy fixed.

Possibility to create automatic exports of reports in PDF format
We are using the automatic export feature to export financial reports. The only choice is CSV, XLS, JSON. We are missing PDF. Our export target is the accountant. For legal reasons, he does not accept anything else than PDF.

THE ACCOUNTING REPORT SORT BY ROOM TYPE
It will be great if we can have an accounting report sort by room type, in order to compare the revenues separatly. Otherwise maybe habve the opportunatly to export to excel the accounting report with the room number or room type.

Availability & Occupancy Report + Restrictions

Enable Report Column User Customization
Beyond the availability of filters, or as incremental filter functionality, users should be enabled to remove data columns from report when the data in the column is irrelevant to the property or the user. My hotel doesn't track data by bed but this information takes up space in a report for columns with zeros. When I deselect filter options, the column still shows in the report with zeros. Looking for an integrated report for Deposit Ledgers which includes the following information:-
1. Guest Name
2. Reservation ID
3. Arrival Date
4. Departure Date
5. Room No.
6. Reservation Type
7. Status (Reserved/Cancelled)
8. Last Paid On
9. Deposit Balance.As currently, we need to check deposits from Accounting Ledger from guest detailed information from Reservation Report, It is difficult to check manually for each guest. Kindly assist with this report.

New interval for Exports
Be able to programme an export for an interval of 10 days.
We analyse the management report by 10-day periods: from 1 to 10 - from 11 to 20 - from 21 to the last day of the month.
It would be useful to be able to programme an export that includes these 3 intervals + the total for the month.3 votes -
Availability report at a glance
Dear Mews,
Would it be possible creating an availability report, similar that you can download in excel on the dashboard, where we can see a room type with remaining number of rooms in a row under each other, top row the dates and button row the overall number of availability and occupancy? Like below example?
