  1. It would be great to get a rate discrepancy report. Being able to see the price a reservation was booked and the price the reservation ended up paying.

  5. Right now it is neccessary to select a employee to a Supervisor once at a time, but when there is a new supervisor, for example a duty- or hotelmanager, it is better to select all employees you want to move and move them all in one go. It takes a lot of time to move all housekeeping/FO/F&B to a new supervisor and it would be way easier to have control when you are able to select more employees all at once.

  7. When opening the new product report, and then selecting the service type, the report SHOULD automatically provide only the product categories attached to this service type.

    Then, upon selecting or deselecting the category, the products listed should be ALL ACTIVE products, and not 'some' deleted products and some active products, and it definately should not an INCOMPLETE list of products.

    Alternatively, in the product details, one should be able to designate the product to be 'listed' or 'unlisted' in the product reports default setting.

    Speed in combination with paperless is of essence; and when "all products" is selected, it occurs…

  9. Ik zou graag een overzichtslijst willen hebben waarop ik kan zien welke kamers gekoppeld zijn/als groep geboekt hebben. Of een koppelteken bij deze kamers in de tijdlijn.
    Nu is het moeilijk om te zien of meerdere kamers bij elkaar horen. Dit is voor ons weer belangrijk om voor het diner of ontbijt te kijken hoeveel grote tafels we moeten indekken/hoeveel 4/6/8 persoons tafels we moeten indekken

  11. set up in the schedules a group of reports that needs to be sent to our Accounts in Head Office. He called Night Packs and has included 8 reports for each of our hotels (Ibis Budget and Ibis Red).
    We have created a Night Pack set up schedule with 8 reports and it comes each report export directly and individually to our email included in the set up.

    My question is: Can Mews generate these reports, get them direct and sent them all into a single one email?

  13. We wish to be able to send 1 email (confirmation etc) for multiple bookable services as one. So if a guests books parking at the same time as their room, both services should be included in the same email. This is ensure a clear communication to the guest, without the need of spamming them with multiple emails for each service.

  16. Instead of overbooking, we use Inquired Reservations as a waiting list to optimise occupancy. It'd be great to get notified when a reservation is cancelled that there are inquired reservations for that date which can potentially now be confirmed.

  19. When we open our arrival donut report we would like to see really quickly who paid and who didn't pay.

    For example: green dot-paid everyhing, yellow dot, an amount less than 50 euros to be paid and red dot more dan 50 euros to pay.

  20. When using "add another reservation" it should be possible to change guest/customer name. Instead of adding rooms for same person

    Thank you for sharing your request with us. It is currently possible to add a new guest profile when adding another reservation to an existing group.


    In order to do this, you can click on the  add another reservation button > Mews will pre-fill the date range and open the second step of the new reservation screen > In the customer section select the "X" to remove the current profile that has been pre-filled and add the name of the new customer you would like to add. This will create a new reservation with the name of the new customer to your group.
