Get notified when a booking is cancelled
It would be nice to get some sort of notification when a booking is cancelled. That way it is possible for us to know if we suddenly have a room avaliable, when we know other guestst wish to stay with us, and we can inform them.

Allow selecting multiple spaces when creating an Internal use reservation in the Timeline
I would like to suggest a small but very useful improvement for the Internal use function in the Mews Operations Timeline.
At the moment, when creating an Internal use reservation, we can enter the block name, choose the assigned space, set the start and end time, add notes, and then create the reservation. This works well for one room or space.
However, in daily hotel operations, we often need to block several rooms for the same internal reason — for example maintenance work, staff use, management rooms, renovation tasks, inspections, or operational blocks that affect more than one room at…

Invoice Design
Current design of the Mews Invoice is restrictive and brings up repetitive information. Allow customizable HTML code or an integration that allows users to have different design of the invoice for individual guest or groups by using the Mews API to pull the relevant information required

More easily visible competitor pricing information
Hello R&D team,
It would be great to have a more visual price screening page on Atomize to see the competition with a glance. Also the number of competitors could be increased to 8-10 to have a better representation of the market.

Move multiple reservations altogether on the timeline
Bulk select multiple reservations in a group and move them altogether in one movement from one series of spaces to another. At this stage, we have to individually select each reservation to change the space, which can take time for large groups.

Timeline improvements: colors, OTA icons, guest count & payment status
Hello everyone,
We would like to suggest a few improvements to the timeline in Mews that could significantly enhance usability:
Better color customization
The current grey shades are very similar and hard to distinguish. More contrast or customizable colors would improve readability.OTA/source icons on reservations
Adding icons (Booking.com, Expedia, Direct, etc.) would make it much easier to instantly identify the booking source.Guest count visible on timeline

Wish for improved color contrast for "Check-out Today" vs. "Check-in Today
Hi Mews team!
We would like to request a minor adjustment to the color coding on our reservation timeline to improve our daily workflow and reduce manual errors.
The Issue:
Currently, both "Check-out Today" and "Check-in Today" use a very similar shade of blue. When the booking department and reception team is assisting guests with stay extensions or late check-out requests, it is difficult to distinguish between a guest who is due to depart today and the guest who is to arrive when looking at the same room to checkin and out of. invoice reference
If a company requests a specic reference on an invoice, for exampl: "Märkning: EFD2026". Easiest is to type it in under purchase order number so we do not forget when creating the invoice. Instead of unique identifier which can only be used when the bill is beting closed.
But it would be great if we could type in different purchase order numbers for different reservations and it will be displayed on the bill even if it is one total bill for several reservations.3 votes -

Bitte fügt als zusätzlichen Stornierungsgrund "Krankheit" hinzu. Dies ist der meist genannte Grund für eine Stornierung. Wenn ich "Sonstiges" auswähle und dann als Detail "Krankheit" eingebe, wird auf der Rechnung mit den Stornogebühren als Grund "Sonstiges" angezeigt. Wenn der Gast diese Rechnung seiner Versicherung einreicht für die Rückerstattung, ist diese Formulierung sehr unglücklich, dort müsste zwingend "Krankheit" stehen. Covid-19 als Grund könnt ihr gerne entfernen, diesen Grund brauchen wir zum Glück schon länger nicht mehr.

Sortierung Print-Anreiseliste
Es wäre schön, wenn man die Anreise-/Abreiseliste nach Nachnamen oder Zimmernummern sortieren könnte. Die Option "Gruppieren nach" nimmt viel zu viel Platz weg.
Es ist sehr zeitaufwändig, jeden Tag eine neue Excel-Liste zu erstellen. Das wäre mit einem Knopfdruck sehr viel effektiver.3 votes -

Update roominglist more than only once with excel sheet
The Excel rooming list can now only be uploaded once and not more. When trying another upload, it is not possible. We often have group rooming lists who change a lot and it would be easy if we can "upload" new rooming lists and override the old ones by just one click (also owner/guest function) and all other information like phone number, e-mail address, country, etc.

Transfer Space Categories to Different Service
Currently, Mews does not allow users to transfer space categories to different bookable services; instead, users have to be manually recreated in the new service. It would be beneficial and useful if we could create a transfer process (Rates, Products included)

Check in Script 1-2-3
I’m missing a proper script for check-in at the reception, which would make the process more structured and consistent, while ensuring that important steps are not overlooked.
I imagine a button such as “Auto Check-In”, which would clearly guide the staff through the following steps:
Settle or verify the guest folio if not already done
Check and acknowledge the guest’s loyalty membership status, or invite them to join the program
Offer upselling or room upgrades
Generate the key
Confirm check-in completion

Product limit
Two customer scenarios highlight gaps in the current product setup:
Per-person products/fees (e.g., spa/massage): For spaces that accommodate multiple guests (e.g., a villa for 12), only some may use a service (e.g., 4 guests want a spa). Currently, there’s no way to select a quantity per product for partial occupancy.
Pet fees: Customers want to charge per pet (e.g., $30 per dog) and allow multiple pets to be added. Currently, the only workaround is creating separate products for each pet count (e.g., “Pet Fee – 1 dog” $30, “Pet Fee – 2 dogs” $60), which is cumbersome.

View only access to rates and rategroups
It would be helpful to have a view-only access to the rates and rategroups in the settings so that employees, who are not admins in Mews, can see the conditions and policies of all rates.
Alternatively, it would be a big help to be able to see the rate description on the reservation when hovering over the rate with the mouse. Right now, if you are not an admin in Mews, you are not able to find or see the rate descriptions of for example OTA bookings, which is impacting our daily operations. This add on would be a great…
