  1. I have a few company bills where a lot of empty bills are created due to moving bills around to create large invoices. At the moment I have to manually delete all empty bills one by one. Can you create a button that will clear all empty bills?

  3. In the mews app, show the product items that are within the system so that housekeeping knows what to add, a bottle of champagne for example.

    It would be even greater if we would have a setting per product to what we would like to show in the app. Breakfast for example would not be relevant to housekeeping.

  4. Looking for an integrated report for Deposit Ledgers which includes the following information:-
    1. Guest Name
    2. Reservation ID
    3. Arrival Date
    4. Departure Date
    5. Room No.
    6. Reservation Type
    7. Status (Reserved/Cancelled)
    8. Last Paid On
    9. Deposit Balance.

    As currently, we need to check deposits from Accounting Ledger from guest detailed information from Reservation Report, It is difficult to check manually for each guest. Kindly assist with this report.

  5. Be able to restrict access to the price of the service for each additional service when the "Order only with products" option is ticked. For the moment, either all prices can be changed (Service and Products), or none. But when the receptionist adds a product and also adds an amount to the price of the service by mistake, it may create a billing issue, and so an accounting issue.

  6. Would be good to have possibility to send more personalised mails. For example, we organise a lot of pop up events (BBQ in summer, concerts, ...). People need to subscribe in advance.

    Would be great to be able to send these kind of mails from MEWS.
    What's differente compared to actual MEWS mail templates?
    - content is different every month
    - we should be able to choose ourselves when we do want to send this mail and when not (for example if we organise a BBQ next sunday, it should not be send to any other guests than those staying…

  8. Segments are attached to rate codes in the settings of Mews. The segment attached to a rate code should always be attached to reservations with that rate code. Currently when users change the rate code of a reservation it retains the original segment. Additionally, users should not be able to change a segment on a reservation as this should be locked to the rate code.

  9. When booking a reservation for a guest who will have several room moves during their stay, I would like the ability to link these reservations so it does not appear as if the guest is leaving and arriving when they are only changing rooms.

    • If two reservations within a guests dashboard are linked and the consecutive reservation is within a 24 hour period then
    • Don't count guest as departing
    • Don't count guest as arriving
    • Count guest as stay over

    This is important for departments like the front desk, but also effect the guest in terms of confirmation emails. Otherwise the…

  10. When I am doing my audit, I am auditing by the department.

    It would be very helpful to have the ability to filter the Payment Report by Department, such that I can audit specific sets of credit card receipts, cash transactions, etc.

  13. When adding a product, it is automatically added to all booking engines. However, we offer different products in different booking engines (for example for certain events or retreats). Please enable to add or delete products to certain booking engines or to restrict products from other booking engines or rates.

  14. Enable assigning specific rooms to the group block. Properties should be able to block specific room numbers for the group so that the groups are staying close to each other.

  18. it is not always easy to find access to input calendar events. is there a way you are able to add it to the drop down menu for either rates or reservations, or even timeline.
    the only way i find it now is through burger menu, settings, services and then click back at the top left corner on the name of the property. seems a bit weird.

    plus it would be great if their could be a note field so that reservations know what rate, minimum stay, etc should be offered on those days
