  2. Group confirmation should have a more simple overview, one line per space category and per single/double use. Each line should have the folloring "tabs"/information: number of rooms, unit price, total pris, VAT. Group bookers asks for a simple overview and not 120 lines for each room.
    This confirmation should be generated in a PDF file and in vertical format.

  3. It would save a lot of time (and misstakes) if products, rates, etc can be duplicated instead of always having to start from scratch. Except for the obvious hassle of having to remember all the settings it would help us in keeping name-standards etc.
    function could be an option on any specific product/rate/category to "duplicate". That would open the "new entity" page but with the same options/texts etc pre-filled, ready for us to change as needed before saving.

  4. To be able to assign spaces as correct as possible for a group, there should be an option for feature requests in the availability block. So when you pick up the reservation from the block, it is auto-assigned to the correct space feature. Example: all crew want to have quiet rooms, or all wedding guests should have a sea view. This will be more efficient for the front desk that doesn't have to double check and re-assign spaces, and to make sure the guests get what is ordered without the possibility of human errors.

  5. It is extremely tedious to have to change the translation for each possible languages for each individual element in Mews. A simple task such as making an edit to a unit descriptions requires 150 different entries if we want to accomodate all languages.

    There should be an AI tool that translates all Mews textfields in all possible languages from a default language to manage all other translations, such as Deepl for websites.

  6. In the mews app, show the product items that are within the system so that housekeeping knows what to add, a bottle of champagne for example.

    It would be even greater if we would have a setting per product to what we would like to show in the app. Breakfast for example would not be relevant to housekeeping.

  7. Looking for an integrated report for Deposit Ledgers which includes the following information:-
    1. Guest Name
    2. Reservation ID
    3. Arrival Date
    4. Departure Date
    5. Room No.
    6. Reservation Type
    7. Status (Reserved/Cancelled)
    8. Last Paid On
    9. Deposit Balance.

    As currently, we need to check deposits from Accounting Ledger from guest detailed information from Reservation Report, It is difficult to check manually for each guest. Kindly assist with this report.

  8. Be able to restrict access to the price of the service for each additional service when the "Order only with products" option is ticked. For the moment, either all prices can be changed (Service and Products), or none. But when the receptionist adds a product and also adds an amount to the price of the service by mistake, it may create a billing issue, and so an accounting issue.

  12. Enable assigning specific rooms to the group block. Properties should be able to block specific room numbers for the group so that the groups are staying close to each other.

  15. Change the name of out of service, out of service means can't be used in real terms but in mews means still for sale. Doesn't make any sense and too similar to out of order, both mean the same thing. Out of service should say minimal maintenance

  20. For me Mews is all about cutting the extra manual work and automatize as much as possible. Having this in mind and that on a daily basis we use Mews Commander religiously so the FO and the HSK team know which rooms are cleaned it would be amazing to understand without having to manually insert the staff names on the status report who is cleaning which rooms and how long they take.

    Mews already stores all the information we need just does not have a way to push the data for analises.
