  1. Email notifications can be a lot to go through especially if you are receiving a lot of daily communications to just one main address.
    It would be helpful to have visual reservation alerts (colorful) come up on the timeline or on the reservation screen in case of failed settlements (for any reason) - especially after check-in.

  2. (1) Enable notifications specific to products purchased/booked by guests or added by staff to a bill (not just from the OCI flow, but from any time the product is sold).

    (2) Enable a feature that can filter reservations by Products purchased/booked.

  3. It would be nice to be able to put a limit on how far back users can make reports. For example; with the current payment report a low level user can see all payments and revenue years back. This doesn't make sense to me at all.

  4. Please split the different available reports in the Permissions tab when assinging roles to employees.
    This way we can make several reports, like a reservations report, available for a number of employees who need this while they do not need permission to the Accounting report or Accounting ledger f.e.

  5. Hello!

    There's a feature in the billing window, to rename the bill, which is very useful. We generally take notes such as voucher numbers to report in the notes of the document to close.
    This feature though, is not available for the main bill, but only for additional bills you create.
    This is kind of a nuissance because you have to move the items to a new bill in order to be able to rename the bill and set all the notes you need.
    It would be great if also the main bill could be renamed.

  6. An employee can only see one bookable service, but not the other. This is useful when there is a management company with lots of different clients/bookable services and everyone has only access to their own bookable service.

  7. Earlier we were able to see the invoice on the profile with the notification of closed and sent. This now has been moved the report. We do benefit to see on the profile as this can result in sending the invoice again if the Reception are not confident whilst processing the check out procedures. Going to the report is an option but will be time consuming. Having a report is beneficial for management to track and trace on daily folio sending

  8. It would be helpful if we can select the specific room types we need to assign to a specific rate plan. Currently, we just need to add more restrictions if a room type cannot be sold under a rate plan.

  9. Hi, we would love to get automatic printed out the fire reports at 3 different time periods during the day (07:00AM, 14:00PM, 22:00PM). Today, we need to print out manually. Great if you can check up this opportunity.

  10. Would be very useful to have a report in Mews that lists our hotel's most loyal guests, who have stayed/spent the most. This would make it easier to identify the guests e.g. for recognition purposes.

  11. Pour nos établissements dont la taxe de séjour est paramétrées en produit.

    Lorsque nous déclarons nos taxes de séjour à la ville, nous devons également déclarer les personnes qui en sont exonérées (pour la France cela comprend les mineurs, les hébergements d'urgence, les travailleurs saisonniers, les habitants de la même ville, ect).

    Nous souhaiterions une option "exonération de taxe de séjour" au niveau de la facturation du séjour et que ces clients apparaissent dans un rapport.
    Ceci nous éviterait de devoir tenir un tableur excel alors que nous avons un PMS.

  12. Displaying the rate (Best rate of the day) on the calendar would save time on two levels:
    1- When making a reservation, it would be possible to inform the customer at a glance about the availability of a room and to communicate the rate of the room.

    2- displaying the rates on the calendar would help to check the correct configuration of the rates and to make changes/adjustments if necessary.

  13. Do not sell new booking that force to change the room number of future booking with a lock on because the guests wants to have this room number. The property should have the option to decide if the future bookings with a lock on, can limit the availability in the inventory in order to ensure that a client can have the room number he wants.

  14. Would it be possible to split check-outs based on when they are leaving?
    If you could possibly create some headlines between the check-outs with grouping of times.

  15. Modify user permission (Charge Cards online) - It would be good to have our Reception team be able to take payments but not process refunds. This should be done by Management only.

  17. Accounting report: When I generate the accounting report view in detail and export it on excel, We want to be able to see the space in the excel associate the the transaction. The hotel want to be able to have the rate per date for accounting system.

  18. When adding products from Billing - can you please make the top row static, so it doesn't disappear when you scroll down the list of products.
    Ideally you'd want to add all your products and then switch the Tab from the top to make any Additional changes, instead of scrolling back up.
    This will add some great ease of use quickly!

  19. It can be cumbersome to filter further on the "Assign" Page (hand icon) when a client has already filtered the service on the "Spaces" Tab (house icon), especially for the number of Spaces we still have to go through in order to select the correct space per that service. Somehow, ALL the spaces are still listed regardless of the filtered services.

  20. IT and Property Admins are requesting a more robust platform for their permissions where they can manage login audits (for example) for the properties they are running so they can react more urgently and proactively when necessary without needing to involve the Support team as the first plan of action(especially in time-sensitive cases).
