  1. Be able to sort bookings by date of departure and date of receipt, as well as date of arrival in a COMPANY PROFILE like Booking.com or Expedia. Depending on how you need it for the (monthly) bill.

(1) When filtering out the Start and End date fields to search "applicable" or "created" interval, it should intuitively grey out dates past the start date and then prompt the user with future dates within the same calendar period (future in general). Users should not be expected to keep clicking on dates to select the desired dates.

    (2) Once you access a restriction, and edit it then you click "<=" to go back to the restriction page/dashboard. However, the dates previously selected have been reset to the current/default "applicable" window. The clients would like to not keep selecting the dates…

  4. Currently, Mews only sends emails to the notifiable reservation sources are "Booking Engine", "Channel Manager" and "Commander.
    It doesn't happen for reservations created via API.
    We would like to add this source and receive notifications about reservations created via API.

  5. Our organisation has a lot of problems with incorrectly merged customers, which can become a sensitive GDPR issue.
    We would like the function to be locked behind a certain permission that can be assigned to users.
    That way the permission can be assigned to managers only.

  6. We would like MEWS to automatically apply a CTA at a certain time every day. We are not open 24 hours, so we have to go in daily at 7 pm and apply a CTA. It would be nice if this could be done automatically. Thanks!

  7. Consider adding a Sorting filter where the rates can be grouped by Type, Voucher, or Segment when researching or managing rates. It would be helpful to also have these columns visible for that purpose.

    Perhaps also add the possibility (later on) to apply bulk-modifications per these groupings.

  8. We would love to have 3 pahce check for housekeeping.
    One when room is cleaned, one for inspected and one for maintenance to finish as we have a lot of things to take to consideration before the room is ready for guests.

  10. Turn off the "New device sign in" emails.
    They do not work and causes about 20-30 tickets to our support each day.
    Some users get these emails several times a day.
    It's a nuisance.

  11. the news device authentication feature email informing a user of a new login is a nice addon, however a copy to the property admin even better; as the property admin can easily filter any particulars as to whom and when, as well as the location.

    as the location is usally (close) to the actual physical address of a hotel, there are numerous questions when it is not 100%, and the champion can then tacle this issue first hand

  13. It would be very useful if you could view the status of an existing support case (e.g. see if it's been looked at, actioned, etc.) via the digital assistant. Currently once a case is submitted via the digital assistant, I'm not aware of a way to contact support without creating another case via the digital assistant. If you email [email protected] the automated reply says emails cannot be responded to directly, and creates another case.

    It would be much simpler if you could give your case number to the digital assistant to get a link to a summary page. Also, it…

  15. It would be helpful to have more charging rules or patterns for products.

    Especially for long term bookings (still with a nightly rate) it can be necessary to add a product on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly pattern.

  17. We would like to be able to mark a Mother Company as a Mother Company, to be able to sort and search only for Mother Companys.
    This Mother Company should not be treated as a regular Company Account, as it is a Master which combines the regular Companys.
    Further we need to be able to differentiate between Mother Companys and regular Companys not only in Mews, but in the API as well.

  18. It would be very useful to create a time frame with different minimum capacity by room, i mean adapt capacity to diferent time periods to enable dynamic pricing for peak/low season.
    It's needed too to charge free children in one specific period for commercial purpouses

  19. Please add the timeline view to the mobile app. Some properties would like to see the timeline on their phones as well since they utilize them often and throughout the day. This feature request came from Erin at Boardwalk Homes Executive Guest Houses & Suites.

  20. On Expedia Collect and Airbnb bookings, the OTA collects the occupancy tax (city tax) and not the property. It therefore requires us to make some unfortunate accounting adjustments at the end of each month.

    We would need to be able to choose which taxes apply to Travel Agents.
