Hello. We need a report that indicates when a guests added nights to their stay.
Currently under the updated reports section it includes any reservation that had even a minor change, like a note added or another person.Ex. lets say I have a guest that books for Oct 1-31 for $100 a night for a total of $3100. On Oct 15 they tell you they want to add the month of November so another 30 days an additional $3000. When I look at the booking it shows total revenue of $6,100. Housekeeping Room List
H all,
A good old rooming list with the exact amount of departures and arrivals. nifty to see how many people are leaving a room/ beds in a dormitory. and also how many will be arriving on the day.

Print Company on guest bill for Invoiced accounts
I would like to see where a company or travel agent profile is attached to a reservation, however the assigned billing company is a third party agent/TMC that is not the main company or travel agent to the booking but have the company / agent profile linked to the reservation also print onto the guest bill header details

Nous avons inclus nos lits supplémentaires dans le système mais pourquoi n'est il pas possible de voir leur disponibilité jour par jour? Nous avons dû créer un Excel pour faire cela et être sûr de ne pas être en surbooking de lit sup. Merci

If I want to make a room change, I can't if we are full!! That doesn't make sense at all.

More automation in the product rules
Now it is possible to use age categories. But these age categories just affects the room revenue. We need it also for products. For example child pricing: in a package (room + breakfast) not just the room rate should be reduced but also the product breakfast.
Great solution would be like that: in the product rule, we should be able to choose, if the product "breakfast adult" would be added when there are just adults in the room and the product "breakfast child" would be added, when there is another age category choosed. Action Log: Show time based on location and not UTC
In the action Logs, UTC is used to describe all actions, however this doesn't make sence for our propterty as we use CEST. Therefore we would suggest to use the time where a proptery is located instead of UTC so we don't need to manually calculate the changes each time.

Lowest Rate
One should be able to insert in the configuration the lowest rate to be typed when updating rates (BAR) so that no typing error can be made (for instance 9 instead of 99).

Wir benötigen einen Bericht, welcher täglich automatisch erstellt wird (Export-Zeitpläne) und welcher uns folgende Information gibt:
- einen Bericht mit Information: Zimmernummer + Anzahl Personen im Zimmer Weitere Informationen wie Namen oder Adresse dürfen aus Datenschutzgründen nicht auf dem Bericht stehen.
Der Bericht wird am Abend erstellt und soll alle erwarteten und bereits
eingecheckten Gäste auflisten.Dieser Bericht ist wichtig für den Ernstfall (Evakuierung) durch die Feuerwehr ö.ä.

Add a comment on an open invoice for colleagues
It would be nice if you could write a comment for the team on open invoices in the settlement window, or if you could "lock" the invoice for other colleagues to edit.
This can be very helpful, for example, if you Have to consult with the customer regarding the invoice and want to mark this so that someone else does not write to the customer again.

2FA does not authenticate the device rather the sign on, can this be applied as a device authentication rather than sign on as it impedes operations. Feature request to have more flexible ways around using the 2FA a fob to login at the desk for example?

Routing Instructions
In the final bill, we would like to have the possibility to split the accommodation cost between the Student (paying partially the room cost) and the Public Admin (paying the rest of the accommodation, considering that they PA is not paying VAT so I need to close it with VAT exempt)

Drag and Drop Room Assignment by Housekeeper similar to Timeline
To improve the speed of room assignment by housekeeper, it would be good to have the ability to drag and drop specific rooms under each housekeeper on a daily basis similar to what we do with Timeline. You could quickly see which rooms are unassigned and drag the room under each housekeeper to complete their board for the day. If room credits are used, each room that is dragged under a housekeeper deducts from the total credits assigned for the day.

Change Color Choice in Timeline
I find the color choices really strange. For example, when I see grey I think the reservation is from the past, when I see blue I don't feel like I need to do anything. It is not really logical if you don't know what it means.
My color proposal would be the following:
-Gray --> Past reservations
-Black--> Out of Order
-Blue--> To be checked in (Reservations of the day)
-Green --> Already checked in
-Orange--> To be checked out.
-Red--> The check out need to be done, the room was supposed to be checked out before.
