Automatically save all invoices in PDF
We need an automatic routine (i.e. during the night) which would save PDFs of all invoices issued during that day on a local server/FTP. Aither run autmatically and saved in some preagreed location, or run manually with manually "pointing" the routine where the invoices should be saved.

Adjustments on Rate
When you have made an adjustment to a rate you have to go through the whole year to see that adjustment.
I.e. I have a base rate on 800 SEK. I have an adjustment that apply every sat - sun. That lower the price to 650 SEK. It's easy to do and hard to manage.
What if I'm not happy with the lenght of it or want to do adjustments to that adjustment. There is no overlook on what adjustments are applied. The only thing I can do is change the date and the start scrolling. How far did someone…

Optimize Bed Allcoation for Groups
Bed Allocation needs to be optimized in order for one guest profile/booking with several individual bed reservations (eg several beds within one room category) to be allocated in the same room instead of being separated into several rooms/floors. In a house with more than 80% of occupancy rate, there is no way to allocate guests in the same dorm.

let housekeeping see if a to which child category a child belongs - e.g. bay, child or teen
Housekeeping needs the information whether a child belongs to one or the other child category - in our hotel baby, kid or teen - housekeeping prepares a crib for a baby, a small bed for a child and a special place for teens - so they cannot work with the actual submitted informations.

Product Report: Deleted Products / Filter Categories
When opening the new product report, and then selecting the service type, the report SHOULD automatically provide only the product categories attached to this service type.
Then, upon selecting or deselecting the category, the products listed should be ALL ACTIVE products, and not 'some' deleted products and some active products, and it definately should not an INCOMPLETE list of products.
Alternatively, in the product details, one should be able to designate the product to be 'listed' or 'unlisted' in the product reports default setting.
Speed in combination with paperless is of essence; and when "all products" is selected, it occurs…

Rebate by discount or amount
It would be awesome to be able to rebate a discount and not the whole product. Or to correct the price for example when we invoiced a wrong rate for the night

offering discount when booking for x number of nights on a certain rate plan
We offer a 28% discount for stays of 7 nights plus as well as 30% discount when staying 29 nights plus.
at the moment that means you have to set up different rates, which is not always ideal when working with a OTA or TOUR through your channel manager.
is there anyway that this could be build in on Mews' side so that you are able to put in percentage discounts for certain lengths of stays (more than one per rate if possible)8 votes -
Manager report including and excluding optional rooms
Currently you can setup the Manager report with status Confirmed, Optional, Inquired. It would be great if you would be able to see the figures separately.

Mobile Application iPhone / iPad
Dear Mews Team,
Could you create a new Mobile Application where it will be possible to directly use Mews website instead of using an internet browser (like Google Chrome, Safari,...) on iPhone / iPad ?
At the moment the interface is not so user friendly and it could really save us time by creating a dedicated application like the MewsCommander app.

Cancel items/bookings on billing screen
It would be nice if we could cancel items/bookings on the billing screen by selecting and clicking on a cancel button. Now we have to book a negative item/booking, which is very cumbersome.

Permanently delete a cancelled reservation
A canceled reservation still appears in the guest's navigator, would it be possible to choose which of them to permanently delete?
I offer my guests different spaces or tariffs, they choose one, and then the others end up being canceled but they are still present in their navigator, cutting it up. I wish I was able to delete the irrelevant ones.8 votesHello all,

Accounting ledger with "negative / positive" filter
Our accounting ledger, with the hostel closing and a lot of cancellations, is overloaded with negative outstanding amounts.
We have seen with the MEWS team that as soon as we have a cancellation, the late cancellation turnover is posted automatically without us being able to do anything.
In this case, is it possible to ensure that the negative and positive outstandings are filtered out?

Keep Old Billing Screen as an Option at Least
I just want to know why they are complicating the billing screen at a time when there were no issues with it? We don't understand. We feel a little held ******* by this design flaw. The old billing screen is a godsend for Accounting. It makes the workflow so much smoother. We feel as though the new billing screen is an eyesore and hard to read. Select all charges by type, in one click on the billing screen
It would be great if you could select all the types of charges in a group in one click, instead of clicking for each stay one by one

After Upgrade no more automatic change of rooms from Mews after extentions
After the last upgrade of mews. It is not possible to extend an upgraded person in the upgraded category as Mews moves the booking to the originally booked room (regardless if blocked or not )
