Where we can, we'll move ideas around to group them as intuitively as possible for the product managers working on the PMS.

  2. it is very annoying that when you search and choose a group, one of the bookings is ticked. if it is a large group, you are not always able to see which one and need to scroll down to unclick it before you are able to make any chances to other bookings. waste of time and also huge potential to make mistakes

  4. When you use 'Messages' in the Mews Commander app from your phone, it would be useful to go directly to the reservation as you can do when you work for a computer. Thank you team

  5. it would be great if you would be able to create a company and create a PM with the same details at the same time. now you have to retype all the information which seems a waste of time.

  6. When adding house use in the timeline the assigned (short) names are not visible but only room numbers. It is impossible to differentiatie between the space categories when the room numbers are identical.

  7. If you go in to the space status report and view different dates the responsible person is based on the current day responsible person (i.e. Housekeeping lady 1 is responsible for room 101 on 27/10//20, according to the report the same persons was responsible for room 101 on 25/10/20 even though housekeeping lady 1 was not working that day or had repsonsibility for a different room)

    Would be great if Mews could store data for the responisble person each day, so you can easily track who was responsible for which room on which date and maybe let housekeeping manager assign…

  8. We use the Mews messages for some internal announcements.

    It would be great it there is an option to delete (internal) messages threads and to remove members from the thread.

  9. As for hostel, it would be great to have each bed counted as 1 space, so that total space amount reflects the exact amount of beds.
    We have an option to book the whole room, but also single beds in dormitory.
    Currently, every room and every bed counts as 1 space.
    It is confusing as for now 8-beds dormitory is counted as 9 spaces (8 beds as 8 spaces + the whole room as a separate space)!

    Furthermore, changing the dorm status (dirty->clean->inspected) does not affect the status of beds, we have change the status of every single bed one…

  10. in the reservationo verzicht you see, after the adjustment of the way of showing the tourist tax, now every day a new post of the tourist tax. This is not a problem with a short stay. but if a guest stays for 3 months it becomes a very long list and not really clear anymore.

  13. each apartment within the resort is owned by a different person/company hence they would need these information to appear on each invoice

  15. The currency exchange rate to be taken from xe.com Since Xero gets the currency exchange fee from XE.com Its necessary to have the same for not having a discrepancy.
