Available rooms on opening screen
When you log into the PMS, it shows an occupancy chart and underneath how many arrivals, departures, etc there are for the next few days. However, it would also be good to show HOW MANY AVAILABLE ROOMS there are on each day for the next few days. And I mean rooms and NOT occupancy. So, if someone asks if we are fully booked or if there is availability in general, one can very quickly see that there are still rooms available before digging in further to see which rooms and room types are still free. Ideally and to be honest really importantly, it should show on the first screen not only the total rooms available but underneath also how many rooms in each room type are available. So one doesn't have to dig further and look for the availability report and then scroll down further, etc etc, it takes too long for this important info to find. Any other PMS I have worked with offers this info really quickly and informatively.
