  1. Being able to share / attach files in any internal or external communication.
    Sharing data in a similar way to Line (for example lost item, housekeeping issue pictures etc. )

  2. Add Room nights booked to individual reservation reports and include room nights booked to totals, so this information can be summarised easily and does not have to be extracted from the arrival and departure dates.

  3. When updating reservation price it would be useful to be able to input full reservation price and not have to calculate average or nightly ADR. This is an unnecessary extra step which is both time consuming (especially for longer reservations) and not always accurate as adr sometimes needs to be adjusted for 1 night to get to the correct total number, the average doesn´t always work due to rounding.

  10. Stay services are offered to make guests feel comfortable and pampered, and with the provision of these amenities, guest will feel more relaxed and satisfied throughout their stay. For this reason, it is important that orders are attended to as soon as possible. Enabling notifications for stay service orders means that your staff will be alerted about these orders immediately, allowing you to provide excellent customer service at all times.

  11. Can we please create a feature to block room charges for so no one can add any unnecessary charges to rooms

    Right now, we are only commenting on bookings that should be on a no post basis, but of course there is human error at one point or another and it is sometimes easy to miss the comment especially when there are multiple information on the booking, and we end up not getting paid for these services sometimes

  12. We would like a function where we could download a PDF confirmation letter for guests that are a part of a group block that doesn't have any links or anything in it. Just simply information about their stay: name, date of arrival/departure, room category, rate etc.

  13. If there is a note on a guest profile in ‘internal’ it would be great if when the profile was opened it alerted the operator.
    It wouldn’t matter is it was automatic or if we had to select ‘alert’
    EG – guest is a coeliac, rooms to avoid, comp fizz on next stay, guest likes a bath, dogs name. It can contain, positive, negative and important info that can be transferred onto next booking

  14. Is it possible to have different colours in the application for ”departed”, ”arriving”, ”arrived” and ”stayover”

    For example:
    ”departed” = green
    ”arriving”= orange
    ”arrived” = yellow
    ”stayover” = blue

    Currently, our cleaners easily get confused in a hurry, whether the guest is coming or has left, as all these markings are the same color.

  15. We would like to send offers and confirmations of a block reservation directly from MEWS. For this we need mail templates for blocks and the possibility to click on the mail template option in the block (just like with the individual reservations)

  16. At the moment, when a rebated item is rebated again (a double rebate) it changes accounting category to the predefined accounting category in accounting configuration. It would be good if it kept the accounting category set for rebates of that product/night

  17. Although the name of the guest appears in the reservation details, it would be great to be able to add the name of the guest (as a placeholder) in the text and subject of the email for the "Booker Confirmation".
    For example:
    "Dear Isabel (booker),
    Thank you very much for your booking for Edward Wilson. Etc."

  18. During the rate setting we use round figures ( 99€ for one night) but when we use a discount of 10% for example, the rate for the room will show up on the website like this : 89.1€. This is not efficient.
    Is this possible to choose how we want to display the rate, in fact we would like to use round figures on the website, the idea is the round it.

  19. Il faudrait pouvoir avoir une alerte lorsque l'on fait une résa et qu'on rappelle le profil d'un client black list, que le client n'est pas le bienvenue...
    Actuellement, il faut attendre de regarder la résa sur "gérer" pour s'apercevoir que le client est black listé.

  20. Housekeepers change dirty stayover rooms to clean after a stayovercleaning. The room status does not change automatically overnight. As the guest is the day after also a stay over and needs cleaning aswell.

    The housekeeping system in Mews is currently based off cleaned rooms being inspected by a supervisor including for overnight stays. When rooms are inspected, they are then turned dirty overnight.


    Would you be able to share some examples of why rooms would not be inspected by a supervisor or manager for overnight stays?
